Many old permanent caravans / permanent campers. Only 1 new sanitary building, otherwise old buildings / facilities. No decent mini market, normal supermarket quite far away. Pizzeria with the charm of a station concourse. Flooded, unusable service area, which is also full of bulky waste. Toilets without paper, no soap
Quiet but in need of improvement
For a "transit site" to visit Como or the surrounding area, the site is certainly useful, but unfortunately not for a vacation.
The pitches in the shade are good, but you shouldn't have any other major requirements.
The swimming pool is also fine.

Lots of old fixed caravans, it looks more like a village than a campsite. The entrance to the campsite is narrow and is a problem if you cross a car with a caravan. Toilets often without paper, no soap. Showers very small and without hangers They did not offer us help and information about the area when we asked them, they told us that they did not know the area.

Large and shaded plots, but without water or sewage drainage.
In other countries for that price you have those services.
It is well located.

Medical building a little far from the pitch.
Quiet place in the countryside
Was there for one night on the drive through. The site for the motorhomes is in a large clearing in the forest and all you can hear are the birds. The new and clean sanitary building is unfortunately a bit far away.
An ideal place for those seeking peace and quiet.
