Udo K.May 2022ПозитивниClean, Panorama,Негативиthere was nothingWonderful viewThe terraced campsite is situated at approx. 1370 m (Bolzano 260 m), slightly above Jenesien and offers a fascinating view of the surrounding mountains and the western Dolomite chain around the Schlern from almost every pitch. Here you can also just sit and enjoy the view - wonderful. Hikes and bike... tours, e.g. on the local mountain Salten (with Europe's highest larch plateau between Jenesien and Mölten), Langfenn, Knottnkino near Vöran, can be started directly from the campsite.
Clean sanitary facilities, small bistro and pizzeria as well as a limited selection of food. The pitches are large enough and have electricity and fresh water. Friendly operators round off the good overall impression.Автоматично преведено.

The sanitary facilities are clean. Apart from the little things in reception, there is a restaurant right next to the campsite where you can also enjoy a delicious meal.
There is a lack of decoration. The old chairs and tables are everywhere. Only the panorama pitches are recommended. It gets tight with an 8m caravan. Hiking opportunities from the campsite in all directions.НегативиThe entrance/exit to the campsite is very steep, some of the pitches are far too small, waste disposal is not ideal as the garbage cans are far too small and always overflowing. Better more grass than gravelCampsite with breathtaking viewsIn September we spent 6 days with our motorhome and 2 dogs at this exceptionally beautifully situated campsite. We booked a panorama pitch, pitch P32. We've never had such a great view on a campsite before.
However, some of the panorama pitches on the new front terrace are very small, especially not... very wide. I estimate that our pitch had a maximum of 50 m² - and that's already generously calculated. You therefore have little privacy and we have rarely slept so badly on a campsite due to inconsiderate fellow campers who had to walk across the gravel several times at night or neighbors who had to open and close the VW sliding door 10 times in a row in the morning. But of course I don't want to judge that here. I would recommend the always friendly owners of the campsite to focus a little more on quality rather than quantity and not to occupy every free pitch. On the lower terrace, it would be better to only have pitches on the panoramic side. These are currently a bit cramped, the pitches behind them with the numbers 35-38 are unnecessary and not nice. Without these pitches, the front pitches could be made larger and please change the surface of all pitches to grass. Gravel is very noisy and not inviting.
Mini market quite expensive, shopping situation difficult, the nearest supermarket is relatively far away.
Very good food directly at the campsite, restaurant serves delicious food. A more cozy atmosphere would be desirable.
Great hiking opportunities from the campsite, you are in another world after just 100m.
Top sanitary facilities. A pool or swimming pond would be nice to cool off in hot temperatures.
The entrance to the site is a disaster: very steep, gravel and earth with deep and large holes. The boss pulls up large caravans himself. Although we have a small and maneuverable motorhome, driving down from the site was difficult. The driveway should urgently be asphalted.Автоматично преведено.

- Marie A.August 2019Very simple (but very clean) campsite, unsuitable for childrenWe booked for 3 nights and left after one. Positive: the sanitary facilities are new and very clean. Neutral: The shelves in the kiosk are clean and relatively empty, but you can still find the most important things. Negative: - only the green areas are shown on the website. Underneath there is a terrace... with rough stones, so you can only camp if you have thick mattresses. We would have liked to know that, for example. - The large playground described on the website consists of two swings, a slide, a trampoline and a sandpit (1 square meter). Since you can't do much hiking with a 2-year-old, the options are greatly reduced to a playground. The operator should describe realistically, after all, you don't go on vacation every weekend and want to treat your loved ones to something nice. - The information given by the operator on the phone is also approximate: he talks about a rich breakfast between 8-16€, but in reality it is 6-12€, there is a swimming pool, but in the village, not in the complex. I didn't read the home page in detail and only asked for the information we needed over the phone. - Games room? Do you mean the lounge with chairs and tables and a board game? With a child, only the view is nice. We paid for the full days and left. Sanitary building, bistro, viewНегативиnot a singleA little gem!We stayed for a week in May with a camper van and our two dogs on this small but very nice campsite with the most wonderful view and enjoyed it very much. The pitches are arranged in a semi-circle and are large enough. The sanitary buildings deserve at least eight stars, they are so beautiful and of... such high quality. The Gasser family is extremely friendly and helpful, and thanks to a few tips from Mr. Gasser we were able to get back down the mountain with the camper van without ruining our brakes. The surroundings are very idyllic and relaxingly quiet, hiking on the Tschögglberg is easy for the whole family. The menu in the bistro is small but great! My husband still cries after the pizza and I've never had spaghetti carbonara as good as there. I wish the Gasser family continued success with this wonderful oasis in beautiful South Tyrol. Although the site is pleasantly small, it offers everything you need. A small mini-market provides a small but adequate selection of groceries, the restaurant serves home-made pizza... and Tyrolean dishes in the evening, there is a lounge and excellent sanitary facilities. We like peace and quiet and don't need the hustle and bustle, so we feel very comfortable here! There are great hiking trails with fantastic views. The view from the campsite alone is absolutely amazing - directly onto the Dolomites! It's... easy to get here by camper van - but I question the possibility with a caravan, as the ascent to almost 1300 m is very steep. There is a good bus connection right outside the door. The operators are very helpful and eager to help.
