We are glad that you mentioned our friendly staff and we take your criticism of the costs, especially for waste disposal, very seriously. We strive to provide transparent pricing... and understand that additional charges can sometimes be frustrating.
At the time of your booking, the campsite was fully booked due to the Christmas market and we were only able to offer you the motorhome pitch in front of the barrier at a lower price. However, it was agreed that if you canceled otherwise, you would be rebooked to a pitch within the campsite at the normal price. We are pleased that we were able to provide you with one of the most beautiful comfort pitches shortly before your arrival.
With regard to the electricity consumption of 13 kWh for one night, we would like to point out that this is due to your use. Basically, it is our goal that you are satisfied with the overall price-performance ratio and we would like to apologize for the inconvenience.
