Lovingly designed and run campsite by a mountain stream
It is a natural campsite with good sanitary facilities and a great atmosphere. There is an open communal house with a TV and WiFi (max. 1 hour a day (GREAT!)). You can eat your own food, use the library or watch TV. We were there during Euro 2016 and watched the semi-finals and final there. Nice people and really great for hiking. The supermarket is less than 5 minutes away. The village is simply idyllic and beautiful.

Quiet location and yet only a 20-minute walk into town, very clean and beautiful sanitary facilities and very well-kept grounds.
A small Pradies in the Pyrenees
We have already been to this beautifully maintained and quiet campsite twice with our motorhome and our Boxer Pollux. It was pure relaxation every time. The very friendly and helpful owners Stephanie and Frederic make you feel completely at ease. We will be spending some time there again next year and are already looking forward to it.

The best and friendliest campsite on our trip to France. Clean and new sanitary facilities. Free Wifi in the common room. Helpful operator couple. Easily accessible. A place for mountain hikers and mountain bikers.

It was beautiful!
We spent a few days there in September. A simple but very clean place, very friendly operators, good location, great area and good starting point for hikes, for example to Lac Gaube. Free shuttle service to the town center, shopping also possible at a nearby supermarket. The mountain streams are less... disturbing, but unfortunately the rush hour traffic on the road to Cauterets in the morning - so it's better to choose one of the higher pitches if you want more peace and quiet.

Very nicely laid out, simple campsite. The site is surrounded on two sides by rushing rivers, so if you don't mind that, you have a particularly quiet site because the noise swallows up the surrounding noise. The sanitary facilities are very clean but not heated. There is also an open lounge.

Beautifully situated pitch, away from the main road. Stephanie and Frederic run the site with great passion. The entire facility is very well maintained. We paid €17.70 in the high season (2 pers. dog, incl. electricity & hot water). WiFi is also free of charge. The campsite is about 2km from Cauterets.... Supermarket is approx. 1km away. Good food supply. Leisure activities: Hiking, mountain biking and road cycling in a wonderful mountain landscape with many lakes and waterfalls. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the national park area. If we visit Cauterets again, we will always stay at this campsite. Thank you Stephanie & Frederic for a wonderful stay.
