The Penmarch lighthouse is easy to reach on foot or by bike. In addition to permanent mobile homes, there are a number of well-pitched pitches for caravan campers, a good restaurant and a covered swimming pool. Everything is almost new. The owners are very friendly people and always ready to... help. The sanitary facilities are super clean with outdoor facilities for porta potti, washing up lines and extra places for anglers and mussel hunters to clean their catch. The sandy beach with offshore rocks in the sea, which fall dry at low tide, is only separated from the campsite by a small parking lot. So 2 minutes on foot. The nearest supermarket is approx. 4 km away. There are others in the immediate vicinity. We got baguettes from a small market in the neighboring, almost adjacent campsite, where you are also served in a friendly manner. Bread and rolls can be ordered. Tidy and clean. Level pitches, large enough and electricity everywhere. Also drinking water fountain. Very friendly reception,... clean wash houses, swimming pool cleaned several times a day. It's not far to the lighthouses of Penmarch (Phare Eckmühl and others). Highly recommended, we spontaneously stayed longer than planned. The restaurant offers a good menu (not cheap) but also snacks.Автоматично преведено.
