The reception was friendly. The pitches are easy to reach and large. Only one of the two wash houses had hot water. There were three showers in the second building. The proximity to the beach and the American information center in Omaha is very nice. Bayeux is also easy to reach from there. Campsite did not live up to our expectations, although very quiet. Proximity to the beach: wrong, you have to walk along a very uneven path to reach a cliff which you have to climb down to finally reach the beach. Nice covered pool. The Omaha Beach and the memorial including the US cemetery can be easily reached via a beautiful hiking trail. We can highly recommend this place. Internet must be purchased.
