Located under shady deciduous trees on forest ground, the plots are partly "paved" with gravel. We cannot rate the sanitary facilities as we had the rental bathroom in WH 3; this was well cleaned when we took... over and was functional and sufficiently large. Overall, however, one of the most expensive campsites we have ever booked, and yet without the option of booking a comfort pitch (naturalness ...). We bought our breakfast rolls from the local bakery in Zinnowitz, as we didn't like the quality of the baked goods on offer and the price-performance ratio in the bistro. The place is super well maintained, the pitches are raked and cleared of cones etc. before being re-occupied.
The staff are super friendly and very service-oriented, from the booking via email to the usher and the cleaning staff! The campsite as a whole is very quiet. Unfortunately, from the 2nd week onwards we had a noisy group of 3 caravans including a group pavilion with several children as neighbors. In the evenings we would have liked the security service to have pointed out to this group that they should keep a quiet night, which unfortunately did not happen.
The beach access through the forest over the dunes is a challenge on foot for people with limited mobility and unfortunately not suitable for bicycles. You can easily explore the nearest towns by bike via the cycle paths. All in all, a successful and beautiful vacation for us. Zinnowitz and Usedom are more than worth a visit, we will certainly come back again.Автоматично преведено.

ButIn any case, I can recommend the site even though we paid the most expensive price of our camping career. (probably due to the general price increases).
But I wanted to mention that.
The children's entertainment is quite expensive at 5 euros per person. For a large tent and a pavilion roof squeezed over it, we paid 70 euros per night. For this we had shower cards, additional costs for W-Lan and
10 cramped and very basic toilets... each, which we were allowed to share with all 100 or more (?) campers in the tent area and which smelled awful in the evening. In addition, we had to buy a longer power cable because there were only a few and then overloaded power boxes that could not be reached with our 10m reel. Add to that the suspiciously grumpy looks from the site wardens and the forced friendliness at reception and we no longer felt welcome. The site is well shaded by many pine trees and the pitches for caravans are parceled out. The sanitary buildings are large enough and are cleaned regularly. The path to the beach leads through the dunes... and Zinnowitz is just a few minutes away. The site has nice leisure activities on offer. We were there for the 2nd time and felt very comfortable. As a hiker with only one tent and for only one night I got a pitch, which was not the case everywhere!
The tent pitches are a bit wonky but there was plenty of choice of pitches.
The campsite is very large, so if you forget something, you wind up on the pedometer.

Everything was just right! We received a friendly welcome and the groundsman showed us to our pitch. A tractor service was also available on request. Showers are charged to the penny from the credit card and everything was very clean in the low... season! The restaurant was very tasty with fair prices, and in the morning the store sells very tasty pasta, also at moderate prices. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, but the path could be better lit and developed. There is a Lidl nearby, and the center and the pier are generally within walking distance. However, as the main site in Zinnowitz was fully booked, we were offered a pitch at "Pommi's Dream Oasis" in Lütow. That was the best thing that could have happened to us! Peace and quiet in the... middle of nature, bread roll service, parking space for swimming on the main square and everything else within easy reach. You rarely experience such deep relaxation. We liked it so much that we even "had" to extend our vacation and were away for almost 3 weeks. This was also possible without any problems. And we would really like to thank you for that! Unfortunately no water/waste water on site, but with uncomplicated cable... TV. The staff is always friendly and helpful and extension cables for electricity and TV are available at reception for a €20 deposit. 400 m to the Baltic Sea beach and promenade through the coastal forest. There were also family wash houses, but unfortunately there wasn't enough space for many families. You also had to buy washing cards to shower, which I personally find a bit old-fashioned.... The restaurant charges hefty prices for quite poor quality and little choice. Then there is the fact that no attention is paid to how the space is distributed and whether the night is celebrated until 3 o'clock.
