The sanitary facilities are as good as new and were always spotlessly clean. Electricity and WLAN are included in the pitch rental, shower tokens... and fresh water refills cost extra. The pitch was big enough for our 7.4m motorhome, but a bit muddy due to all the rain. There is a lot going on during the day, but it was quiet at night. We had no satellite reception due to the trees, but we had good free WiFi, which our daughter could use to watch her series via Joyn. There is a free mini golf course opposite. Edertalsperre can be reached by car in just under 10 minutes, treetop walk in 15 minutes.

There are two original wooden huts on the site where "non-campers" can stay overnight.
The restaurant with beer garden is in alpine hut style... and the food is delicious.
On the first evening there was a campsite party with a performance by "Spitzbua Markus" - great fun. The Schreger family and their team took care of the food and drink - great.

many thanks for your friendly feedback which I would like to comment as follows, our pitches are all between 100-120m², compare that with the site around the lake Edersee more than double of size, so I can't follow your critics around that point. If you want to have a place without children,... I should look in the future of about children free sites, we for us love children. Yes, that's nature, during summer the grass is almost gone, due to the fact, that the trees have there leafs, dust means dirt, also this point has to be corrected, it is not dust, it's earth. Point 3 cash in advance, i've been asked if you'd like to pay yet or the day beforen leaving. Last Point, if you'd like to leave a day earlier in a hotel, you've also to pay the full booked time, that's travel law in Germany.
