We come back regularly
When we go camping in the Netherlands, we like to come here. Nice place, good restaurant, nice surroundings and lovely relaxing. It's good clean everywhere too, which is nice!

Super camping. Winterswijk is also a nice place, where there is a lot to do. We are really satisfied.

Very well-kept, quiet family campsite
From reception to departure, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The entire campsite is very clean and well-kept, despite being fully booked. There is a small store with bread service, ice cream, chip shop and the most necessary everyday items. The playground was recently built/renovated and is... suitable for young and old. There is a swimming pool and a water playground. A small gnome trail has also been created and there are small hidden gnome doors everywhere in the forest. The sanitary facilities are clean. We used the site with private sanitary facilities. The buildings were very clean and new. The pitches are very large. We would love to come again.

You book place D1 in March 2021 And get for the second time not the preferred place you reserved. You can wait at your own expense in the restaurant Where they then forget you! The bingo in the restaurant we could play in the camper Very noisy evenings in the restaurant with regulars? Local residents? Then the playground until 10 pm noisy screaming children No the place we had reserved for 13 days was occupied? What appeared to be our quiet spot was of the 13 days three days occupied? No we no longer come to this campsite. In the area looked around And beautiful quiet campsites seen the same facilities and do what they promise!, And cheaper too Because now we stood very expensive 670 euros for 13 days overlooking parked cars and garbage No then we could have taken a camper spot then you know you have this view and in the crowd stands. So people do you want to be surprised on arrival? Do you like garbage containers and views of cars Noise from the restaurant bad music and bingo Then go to this campsite , do take your wallet with you .

And oh yes small bottle of evaporated milk for sale at eg Albert Hein for 69 cents on sale in the honeysuckle for 2.40 just ridiculous

Quietly located place for a weekend or a visit to the "O"
Smaller Dutch vacation center with chalets and pitches just over the German border. A little off the main roads, so nice and quiet. The staff are friendly and uncomplicated. We had a pitch with private sanitary facilities. The pitches are large compared to other sites. The private sanitary facilities... are ok, but the wall heating is annoying even at 40° outside temperature. The wash houses are older and should be renewed.
The pools make a good impression and were quite full, so we weren't in them due to the Corona situation.
The fishing ponds look more like a green swamp. Even the ducks have to make an effort to swim. We didn't walk to the "natural swimming pool" as there were lots of dog remains lying around on the paths.
The snack bar is ok, but it is annoying that the tables are directly under the windows of the restaurant toilets. We didn't use the restaurant or the small store.
And as so often: The W-Lan is chargeable. I think that is no longer in keeping with the times.
Our conclusion: It was quite nice, especially because Winterswijk is a very nice little town, but we have seen places with a better price/performance ratio in the area. More work would have to be invested here to do justice to the price.

Very nice pitches with play equipment for small children

The sanitary facilities are totally outdated and urgently need renewing. Only electricity on the standard pitches. Water and waste water not available at the pitch.
Space with potential
Very nice pitches in the tourist area with potential. The pitches should urgently have water and sewage connections.
The sanitary facilities are a disaster. New building should be planned.
