That I couldn't and wasn't allowed on the pitch in the first place
Open all year round
Unfortunately, it was not possible for me to stay at this campsite for two nights on 30.4.24.
The reception was unfortunately already closed at 5 p.m. I was then told on the telephone number at the entrance that I could not stand on the pitch and that the reception would not be manned the following day either.
I was advised to look for another place to stay overnight. Which I then did. I will not be staying at this site again.

Camping near E4 on the way to the North Cape
For us it was a CP for just one night on the way to the North Cape.
The location is brilliant, close to the E4, but still quiet.
The reception was friendly.
The pitches are clearly laid out, fairly level, most of them on grass and therefore a bit dangerous to get stuck on in rainy weather.
Electricity... is easily accessible everywhere.
We had the misfortune to arrive in really bad weather, the paths to the sanitary building were difficult to walk on with huge puddles.
Hot water costs 10 crowns when showering for a few minutes, wifi available.
Price just ok.

Good place in northern Sweden
We decided to stay longer as it was intended as an overnight stopover.
The campsite impresses from the moment we arrive at NA with its own check-in lane, and the reception staff are competent and very friendly. The access roads to the pitches are very wide and the maneuvering options for longer caravans... are good. The pitches themselves are large but almost all without shade. (Only small trees).
The sanitary facilities were very clean - the cleanest on our entire trip to Nordland! Unfortunately, not all pitches have a water connection. The dishwashing facilities in the kitchen are modern, large and plentiful.
The restaurant serves delicious pizzas and burgers.
The proximity to the city offers many shopping opportunities.
The close proximity to the E4 means no excessive traffic noise.
If you are traveling as far as Västerbotten, this place is highly recommended.

Good for children
We stayed here for one night with our motorhome in July 2019. The sanitary facilities were clean, but the showers only work with coins (10 crowns for 4 minutes). WiFi available, but we needed the help of reception to set it up. We noticed the numerous play facilities and activities for children. The swimming lake is fine, but is about 500 m from the campsite.

The car noise from the highway was a bit annoying, but bearable.

A great campsite, even if the highway runs right past the campsite. The car noise is audible, but not a knock-out factor. Large pitches, clean sanitary facilities, beautiful cycle paths directly from the campsite, a small sandy beach for swimming. You can get to the town quickly by bike and there are... shops close to the campsite. The management of the campsite is professional and friendly. Umea is a worthwhile destination. A good CP from First Camp.

Standard suburban camping tourist site
We were there for one night just passing through. The site is conveniently located for this. The good traffic connections naturally have the effect that you have a constant background noise from the traffic. Not too loud, it didn't bother us, but it was always there. For longer vacations, I would rather... look for a place in the countryside, but that's a matter of taste. The site is located on the outskirts of Umea and has the typical charm of a tourist site that focuses more on mass than on closeness to nature. Shopping facilities are good due to the location, there is a shopping center nearby (5 min drive). The pitches are large enough, partly gravelled or with grass. There are always two pitches between the low hedges that separate the next plot. There is hardly any shade as there are few trees. All in all, the site is okay, but has little charm. If you didn't know where you were, the pitch could be in any other tourist location. It lacked that certain something for us, probably because it is a chain and not an owner-managed site. Registration was easy, routine but also friendly. Internet costs 40 crowns per day and showers also cost extra. The sanitary facilities are of an older standard, but they were clean when we were there, even in the evening. The gag for the shower: If you want to have hot water, you have to have the corresponding amount (10 crowns) booked on your access card (card for the barrier and doors of the sanitary facilities) beforehand, because the card has to be held up to the reader in the shower.

Once is enough!!!
Large campsite adjacent to a sports field. There is a nature reserve nearby. The sanitary facilities are relatively small for the size of the campsite. The toilets/showers were dirty for the two days we spent on the site. The whole site made a rather unclean impression on us, with small garbage dumps in many places - a shame.

Terribly big, terribly noisy, terribly expensive. Suitable for stay of youth groups - possibilities of activities (sports, bar, restaurant). 320.-SEK per caravan, 2 persons, electricity, shower card.

Directly at the main road junction, therefore always traffic noise. Swimming lake within walking distance, also large swimming area. Cross-country skiing area with floodlights.
