Wonderful campsite, quiet, clean, unique location
The site is in the middle of the forest. The pitches are large, many directly on the water. The lake is suitable for small boats (rowing, canoeing).
All you can hear in the morning are the sounds of the forest, the water and the birds, wonderful....
Very suitable for relaxing and cycling.

Trapper style camping
A campsite in the middle of the forest. The service house is more of a trapper's station, as many people come here, hire a canoe and then paddle off into nature for days. Accordingly, the station is also designed for such tourists. The site is fantastically beautiful if you love forests and nature. The... pitches are in the middle of the forest. Each of the well-gravelled pitches has a fire pit. You can either collect wood, although I have never seen such a "clean" forest. Everyone seems to be looking for wood here ;-) Or you can buy it at the station. Procedure: You register briefly and then drive into the forest and choose a spot. You then report it back to the station and that's it. There is a canoe rental that invites you to go on a tour. You can camp right next to the station on a small meadow. This is also fenced off from wild animals. All in all, a great experience.

The campsite sounds very promising in the description on Camping.se. Unfortunately, I overlooked the note "VM". This means that the site only has what nature offers. There were only dry toilets on the site and a toilet in the service building. There were also only two washbasins and 4 showers for all... campers. In addition to a small tent meadow, there are pitches in the forest, very nice, but in rainy weather, nothing gets dry. You have to accept the sanitary facilities or leave again. From the pitches you walk about 10 minutes to the showers. With a camper van with its own sanitary facilities you can enjoy nature, otherwise it is a challenge.

Nature is exuberantly beautiful here. Great for hiking and canoeing. Canoe can be rented on site. The caravan sites are paved with crushed stone and are in the woods. Your neighbor is about 10 to 20 m away. The austere character is because there are no luxuries. In the forest there are "dry toilets"... that work fine. The reception, though simple, is adequately equipped. Your own "luxury" is the experience of optimal peace, space and the experience of nature
