ervice, we have extended!Автоматично преведено. - Christian v K.август 2019ПозитивниVery quiet, very clean, nice English-speaking operatorsНегативиnoneWonderful campsite in FinistereWe (family with 2 children, 13 and 11) were there in August 2019 during high season, and miraculously there were still a few places available. We only wanted to stay four nights, but then extended to eight nights because it was so nice there. The site is very green and quiet. At night you can hardly... hear the nearby road at all, but during the day you can hear the wind turbines, which are not very far away, but only very quietly. The owners are English, so communication is easy for non-French speakers. Vicky, the owner, can certainly be found in the incredibly clean sanitary block when she's not at reception, where she personally ensures the extreme cleanliness just mentioned (I've never seen a campsite owner scrub the inside of a floor drain with rubber gloves because - quote - 'otherwise it smells so unpleasant'!) The pitches are all very well-kept with lawns and hedges in a small wood. There are a few chickens at the entrance, which you can feed, near a small vegetable patch, the produce of which the owners sell at the entrance for little money (we were even allowed to pick the lettuce free of charge because it seems to have grown so abundantly that year). Bread and croissants have to be ordered a day in advance, a few things can be bought at reception. Once a week there is a crêpes trolley with delicious crêpes and the operators sell drinks to go with them, both of which can be consumed on site or at the campsite. There's not much to do on the site itself. There is a playground for small children with a sandpit, swings, seesaw and a soccer goal, and above the medical supply store there is a room under the roof with a table tennis table, reading corner and a few games. Right by the little river in front of the house, a path leads to nearby Chateaulin, where you can go shopping or eat out. If I've seen it correctly, you can also hire a rubber dinghy canoe from reception to navigate the river (but we didn't do this). The campsite is very well located for excursions to places of interest such as Quimper, Locronan, Huelgoat, Point du Raz and other coastal towns or beaches. All in all, a great campsite that could do with a bit more publicity, as it would be a shame if it didn't exist until our next visit to Brittany, as we would definitely like to come back.Автоматично преведено.
