"Unfriendly staff - TL;DR unfriendly staff, avoid the place. We arrived shortly after the end of the reception opening time (18:15). There was a note saying which spaces you can still park in and that you should report in the morning for payment and service card. It turned out that without payment you would have a parking space in the evening, but you couldn't plug in electricity or use the toilets. But we had to go to the toilet urgently and the cassette was full! Tried to call both phone numbers on the slip of paper, no answer. Ok, then we'll just empty our toilet cassette first, we chose this site because of the CamperClean machine. Machine on the pitch, searched, drove there, drained the gray water and carried the cassette to the machine. Payment only with service card or Swedish coins. Asked our neighbors if they could change. No, but there was a free option for emptying, one of them showed it to me. Emptied the cassette, finally went to the loo, ok, now we wanted to drive to the restaurant that belongs to the campsite to ask if anyone could come. A gentleman who had been watching us the whole time knocked on the window and demanded SEK 150 for gray water and emptying the toilet, and because we just "wanted to leave". He didn't respond to any explanations, kept interrupting us in an unfriendly manner, shouted at us and only when asked did he reveal that he really belonged to this campsite. He didn't believe our explanation that we wanted to go to the restaurant - he didn't answer our question as to why he was following and watching us, but never asked or offered help (he even said "no, leave it" to the gentleman who showed me where I could empty the cassette when he wanted to go from him to me, which I only understood afterwards). He finally said it was fine, we should just go, but then stood in the way with his bike and banged against the camper

"Great location, well maintained, recommendable - Highly recommended campsite, very friendly reception; Online booking recommended; We had a red pitch, but it was very large (more than 100m2) - pitch no. 40 - with a great view of the lake; Sunsets are fantastic, but very stormy when it's windy due to the proximity of the lake; Sanitary facilities a little older, but very tidy, clean and well maintained; Showers cost extra (5 SEK/3 min.) Washing machine, dryer available for a fee; Beautiful bay for swimming; Play facilities for children (playground, trampoline, table tennis table); Shopping facilities are a few km away; Cycle path around the Vänern runs directly past the site;

"very nice place - I can only agree with the others - great place - friendly staff - bathing possibility - bicycle friendly - sanitary completely ok. - many possibilities for anglers, boaters etc. the place is a bit out of the way - but legendary sunsets!

"Beautiful place - Very nice location, some very spacious pitches. Sanitary facilities a little older but very well maintained and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

"Great place - We had booked by email and were able to choose a pitch. The pitches are laid out in terraces. The sanitary facilities are very well maintained. There is a playground, a bathing beach, a boat harbor and fishing is allowed. There is a small store in reception. One of the best campsites we know.

"Dream campsite - Rarely been to such a great campsite with such nice operators. Great location with a fantastic view of Lake Vänern. We actually only wanted to stay 2 days, but ended up staying six.
