"Beautiful natural campsite in a great location - pure nature - Very quiet campsite with huge pitches directly on the Roskilde Fjord. The approach was very pleasant, as the main road runs directly above the campsite (unfortunately sometimes noisy at night) and the reception was very friendly and uncomplicated. The price for 2 weeks in the high season really surprised us. We haven't been able to get a pitch for this price in Croatia for a long time. Our pitch was only separated from the fjord by a cow pasture. Wonderful views included. However, there are also beautiful pitches in the upper area, which offer an even better view due to the height. The lower sanitary building is made of wood and is relatively open, which is sustainable, but also offers a little less comfort. As I said: a concept close to nature! However, the family bathrooms in the main building are super large and freely accessible for everyone. There is another older sanitary building in the upper area, which was also ok. Overall, the sanitary facilities were fine. The pitches are mega large and partly bordered by hedges. The pitches are on level grass, which is very pleasant. There is a jetty by the fjord. Unfortunately, the water there is not really suitable for swimming. But it is for catching crabs :) On the other side of the headland, however, you will find the most beautiful sandy beaches. These are very easy to reach by bike or car. The farm store sells home-grown vegetables and goat/lamb meat. The owner also bakes her own bread, which was very tasty. The bread roll service was also great! There are two playgrounds in total, which were fine. We felt very comfortable and can really recommend the site. It doesn't always have to be glamping!

"Generous space with a warm welcome - A wonderfully spacious site with its heart in the right place. The sanitary facilities were excellent, the ones in the lower campsite area were even made of wood and very clean. The farm store invites you to store for regional products, the operators are very warm and helpful - you'll be happy to come back!

"Beautiful place, with peace and quiet and beautiful nature. - I had a wonderful stay at Byaasgaard camping in July 2016. Despite some rain, it was a good vacation with super nature experiences from Halsnæs and it went well with staying in one of the overnight cabins, which was a cheap accommodation for a student. Good facilities and very nice and clean and good service.
