We were here from 12.8.-15.8.2024 and already for the 4th time.
It is a nice place and very close to the beach.
But on our last visit we were not satisfied, the reception was not friendly, the "warm welcome" was missing. The lady at reception didn't seem professional... and was very annoyed. We had reserved a pitch for a motorhome, but the space was far too small. Awning, table and chairs out, then we would almost be standing on the campsite road. We complained to reception and were told "we're full, you'll have to leave". Unfortunately, the employee did not offer us a solution. But the friendly janitor helped us and found a very nice place for us, thanks again to the janitor.Automatski prevedeno.- Hartmut G.July 2024PozitivnoClose to the beachNegativnoToilet paper is in need of an overhaul and you get the impression that the staff just don't want to be approached. Otherwise they would have to get off their beloved golf card. Just one example: the flush button for the P basin has been defective for days. Info at reception, spoke personally with employee. He said that you just have to press it correctly. The corresponding button has since been labeled as defective with a marker. I have not been able to discover anything positive for myself.Behind the timesEverything is negative.
Unfortunately, there are very few positives. There is no need to comment on price and performance.
Money on the card that has not been charged is simply retained. Dripping taps and shower heads. The toilets are provisionally repaired. So the bottom line is good is different. And 1.50 euros for a shower 🚿 is just cheeky.No standard in the sanitary areaThis place urgently needs a complete renovation of the sanitary facilities. Bella Italia Ristorante!NegativnoSanitary facilities....Too bad, he has the potentialWe have been here for almost the second time in two years. The campsite has the potential for a 5 star campsite. The Baltic Sea is less than 500 meters away and has direct access from the campsite to the beautiful sandy beach. The staff are super friendly and always on the ball. Our arrival this year... was no problem despite the site being overcrowded. Someone left later. Unfortunately, the toilets, washing-up room and showers are a problem. Everything is cleaned regularly, but the standard is more Italian. More than basic. We were often unable to understand these ratings in Italy. But here it fits. And that's why we saved the best for last. The Ristorante Bella Italia is run by real Italians and the pizza pasta and homemade ice cream taste multo bene! - Judith H.September 2018PozitivnoLocation directly on a moderately beautiful beachNegativnoPoor signage, rip-offsRental caravans and service underground...I had booked a rental caravan with my girlfriend. Unlike all the other sites in the area, the campsite was not signposted at all. When we arrived in the small town, we searched for an hour until we found it. There were no signs. We actually wanted to stay for a week, but left after 2 days completely... exasperated. Although we had phoned to say that we would be arriving later due to the traffic jam, we found ourselves standing in front of locked doors shortly before 10pm. If we hadn't been let in by guests by chance, we would have had to sleep in the car despite our booking. The rented caravan, which was presented on the internet as a hyper-modern accommodation with pictures, turned out to be a run-down, draughty, completely filthy hut from the days of Erich Honnecker. The next morning we were given no explanation of how the interior worked, nor did the reception staff find it strange that we had almost had to sleep in the car the night before. When we asked for the advertised bakery on the campsite, we were even deliberately sent to a wooden stall that had already closed 10 minutes ago. The main switch for the light didn't work, and the stove, heating and TV were also faulty. The 4-person caravan had 3 knives, 2 forks and 2 spoons in the cutlery drawer. When we opened the windows, the dirt of the last 10 years crumbled into the caravan, there were plenty of dead and living spiders in the caravan and you couldn't walk barefoot on the floor without feeling disgusted, and there was no water on board. By the second evening we had had enough and decided to leave the next morning and not pay for the final cleaning. We quickly ended the nascent discussion and made it clear that we were not prepared to compromise on the shortcomings we had raised. The lady at reception spoke to the owner on the phone and it seemed that our assumption that the rented caravan had not been cleaned at all was correct. Conclusion: Impossible campsite: zero service and a total rip-off somewhere between customer deception and fraud. In retrospect, we were annoyed that we paid the full price for the 2 nights we spent. Actually, we shouldn't have paid at all, as the rental property didn't match the offer at all.Automatski prevedeno.

The water doesn't drain from the showers, hair and many other things float around freely. Also too few shower and washing facilities. The toilets are dirty and the toilet seats are all damaged. And going to the toilet in the morning involves a very long wait,... if you can use it at all. Don't book pitches 54-56 unless you don't want to sleep at night. We had the hustle and bustle every night when we wanted to sleep and then it went to the point that at night there was washed up and they drove with the handcart over the place towards the washing-up house. When we complained to the owner we were told we didn't have to stay but we had to pay for the time. Never again on this campsite. Because we won't be insulted or made to look arrogant. This has never happened to us in 35 years of camping. We have canceled our vacation because according to the pictures there is no way between the cells and the dishwashing house !!!! We had reserved the pitch in the far corner. It is great. We would have liked to extend it, but it was already taken again. The sanitary facilities were clean at all times. The staff are friendly. The restaurant was great. The beach is fantastic. The fact that the bakery kiosk in front of the campsite is absolutely overpriced is not the campsite's "merit".
