"Good place to visit Caceres - Very nice campsite in the pine forest with plenty of shade. The highlight: each pitch has its own sanitary block with WC, washbasin and shower. There is also a fresh water connection outside and, of course, electricity. Each pitch also has a table and two chairs. The pitches are quite close together, but the space is still ok. There is also a restaurant and a small store. The swimming pool is quite nice, but is only open in summer. You can cycle to Caceres, but you have to cycle along the highway part of the way. The reception is professional and friendly and also speaks German. Unfortunately, the ACSI discount card does not apply at Easter, as this is the "Spanish high season"... A good location for visiting the beautiful town of Caceres :)

"Good for a visit to Caceres - We stayed at the campsite for 4 days, particularly to see Caceres. We were able to reach the town easily by bike via cycle paths. There is also a bus service. The private bathrooms were practical. Our pitch was very small. The infrastructure was good, but you could only use the lovely children's pool in the swimming complex. The other one was closed. The restaurant was ok.

"Very well managed place - We stopped here on the way back from the Atlantic. It was well worth it. Friendly welcome and friendly briefing. Own sanitary facilities on the pitch. There was still time to visit the nearby town of Cáceres (UNESCO World Heritage Site). We tried the very reasonably priced camper menus on offer in the restaurant: The result was very positive! We were completely satisfied.

"Top camping - This camping is really good. I make a stop here during my trip to Portugal. All the pitches have his own bathroom with toilet and shower!

"Pitch with own sanitary facilities - We visited the site for one night when we were passing through. The site is conveniently located near the highway to Portugal or Seville. We really liked the small, private bathrooms on each pitch. The staff were very friendly and there was also fresh bread in the shop. We didn't try the restaurant.

"Superb! - This is the only campsite that offers its customers individual sanitary facilities. Very large pitches, with the possibility of changing pitches if you don't like them when you arrive. Very clean facilities. The staff are very attentive and available (they speak French). Free WIFI throughout the campsite. The swimming pool is very large in season, and the SPA is very well equipped and quiet, even if you have to book in advance. The restaurant offers very good traditional menus at very good prices.

Open all year. Camping Cáceres is situated two miles from the historic centre of Cáceres. From the A66 motorway between Salamanca and Mérida, take exit 545 and follow the signs towards Cáceres.
