The Ruisseau du Treil campsite is located in a charming little valley on the banks of the Treil. Here you will camp in the middle of nature, near the river Lot. The campsite looks like an English park with well-kept …flowerbeds and lawns. This is the influence of the warm-hearted British owners. Relax in one of the swimming pools or admire the starry sky. You can take a day trip to Cajarc and Figeac. The hospitable owners bring a touch of England to the south of France. The natural campsite looks like a large English garden. Well-kept lawns lie between tall trees and flowerbeds add to the beauty of the place. Everything is well maintained, but nature is still free to flourish. You can camp in the middle of nature on a spacious pitch or rent one of the modern lodge tents. There are two outdoor swimming pools here, surrounded by trees. These offer plenty of privacy and refreshment. You can swim and dive with your children here in peace and quiet. After cooling off, you can dry off in the sun on a sun lounger. Campsite Ruisseau du Treil is located far away from the hustle and bustle of the residential area. In the evening, it is completely quiet and dark here. So leave your camper or tent and look up. Without the city lights, the starry sky is beautiful. You can see millions of stars above the French mountains. The campsite owner Nigel also calls this campsite ‘the two-billion-star campsite’.

By Car From the north, take the A20 motorway south towards Toulouse. Exit at Junction 57 (North Cahors). Head for Cours and then Vers. Bear left at Vers (direction St Cirq Lapopie) on the D662. Larnagol and the camp site …is a 25 minute drive from here. By Air The nearest airport is Rodez, served by Ryan Air from Stansted. Toulouse Airport is about 2 hours away. Car hire is recommended. By Train The nearest station is Cahors, about 45 minute drive from the camp site.
