In the green hills, 500 metres from the village of Heerlerheide with several supermarkets and restaurants and close to the historic centre of Heerlen. There you will find Hitjesvijver, a campsite where you feel at home and are welcome all …year round. Of course, your holiday is not complete without a swimming pool. You no longer have to wait for summer to go on holiday with the children! Our swimming pool is heated by solar energy, so that the water in both pools quickly becomes pleasantly warm when the sun shines. Would you like to have a good meal or a snack in Brasserie 1910? We offer delicious, fresh dishes. Enjoy the most delicious dishes on the terrace or in our brasserie. Of course, you are also welcome to come by for a nice drink. At the natural playground of our campsite, little adventurers can climb, crawl through tunnels, balance on the obstacle course, swing and play in the sand. Children will not get bored here quickly. Young people can also have fun with us: Relax on the hanging stand, improve your football skills on the field with the football wall or challenge your friends to an exciting game of table tennis (rackets and a ball can be borrowed at the reception). On the covered terrace, the little ones can play in the playhouse and ‘cook dinner’ in the kitchen. Games for all ages can be borrowed from the games cupboard. It's great to play a board game together at the camping table. During the high season, from Saturday 8 July to Sunday 20 August, our enthusiastic recreation team will be there for you again. They organise the best activities, so there is always something to do! Our pitches are car-free, but you can easily park your car in the car park. You get access with a Sepkey and can get out 24 hours a day, enter between 08:00 and 23:00.
