    Quiet and beautiful place
    Friendly and nice operators. Very well located site for cycling and hiking tours.
    Somewhat older sanitary facilities but clean and well maintained.

    Satisfied
    Stayed here for 3 days at the beginning of May. We were satisfied. Owners and other campers are very friendly. In the village there is pizza, kebab, MC Donalds, restaurants. There are the usual stores for shopping.

    Old but clean
    I was there for 5 days at the end of March. The site has seen better years but is still clean. The permanent campers I met there were all very nice and helpful. The operator was also very nice. If you don't want a high standard but want peace and quiet, you're in good hands there.

    Nice stay
    We were here with our caravan and got a nice corner pitch. We had good weather and went swimming in the lake in the area. What we liked most about the campsite was the quiet location in the countryside.

    Cool time
    I was here with a tent group for a few days. We had our own meadow and were on our own. One day it rained a bit, but the next day it was warm enough and we went to the Venekotensee nearby. My first time camping was great!

    Nice and quiet
    We were traveling with our motorhome and met up with friends here for a few days. It was generally very quiet. We would come back again.

    Cozy
    We were guests here last weekend. Unfortunately the weather didn't really cooperate, but we still found it relaxing. I would not agree with the older reviews. The washrooms were perfectly fine. Perhaps they have been renovated in the meantime?

    Quiet campsite with a good location for cycling
    The campsite is very quiet, so it's just right for anyone who wants to relax a little from the daily grind. Wi-Fi is available throughout the site and a morning bread roll service is also available to order. The surrounding area is perfect for cycling.

    Have a nice weekend
    We were here in the best weather over the long Ascension weekend. We liked it very much. The campsite itself is in a quiet location and is surrounded by greenery. We cycled some lovely kilometers in the surrounding area. We particularly liked the Venekotensee lake and the adjacent heathland.

    Pitch was in a sad state in pre-season. Little service, no information about the site and location. Dirty, mold-infested washrooms that also require shower tokens. Bathing slippers strongly recommended! I find the power connection questionable due to loose cables lying around. Just acceptable for transit and 1 night.

    Very friendly fluent English speaking staff, facilities old,but very clean. Nice wooded area, conveniently located, just 5 min from A52.
