"Super location - Centrally located in the established village of Lit, with excellent infrastructure. Nevertheless, adjacent to the forest area, which stretches approx. 7 to 8 km to the Atlantic. Super bicycle connection via specially created "bicycle highways". Spacious pitch with shade and sun. Great swimming pool facilities. Some very old, but clean sanitary facilities. Unfortunately, fewer and fewer pitches for motorhomes and caravans in favor of mobile homes. Only an average restaurant, but good to very good alternatives in the surrounding area. Nice multilingual staff as operators. Free W-Lan in the restaurant area.

Lit-et-Mixe is situated in the heart of the Landes forest and 5km from one of the most beautiful beaches on the Cote d'Argent. Here you can enjoy all that the ocean has to offer (surfing, swimming) and go off the …beaten track on foot, bike or by car. The campsite stretches over 10 hectares of splendid shady parkland with a variety of 100 year old trees. On the banks of a meandering stream this campsite will keep you cool, calm and relaxed.
