As we arrived at the weekend with the onset of winter and flooding in parts of Austria, it was exciting to see how things looked at Lake Millstatt. Everything was normal at the campsite and the lake was still 20 degrees. We were... allowed to park our motorcycle trailer and car next to the mobile home. On our hikes, Granatsteig, Schweigerhütte, Palfennock, there was snow next to the hiking trails. We visited Klagenfurt, Villach and Gmünd and enjoyed an excellent brunch on the Millstätter See round trip.

I když je umístěn ve svahu, je rozdělen na patra, takže všechna místa jsou rovná. Každý má svoji parcelu. Kemp má svůj přístup do jezera a svoji pláž. Sociální zázemí je velké a čisté. Myslí i na miminka hendikepované. K dispozici ledničky,... mrazák, pračky, sušičky, velký prostor na mytí nádobí. V kempu je restaurace a také automat se základními potravinami. V noci krásný klid a ticho. Cheers super. Moc jsme si to užili a toužíme se vrátit.Automatski prevedeno.

WLAN free of charge important for the young generation 😀.NegativnoSince there is no barrier, there is constant movement on the site, as many use this site as a transit, it is the end of sleeping from 6.00 in the morning.Great place, nice staff, great atmosphereWe were at the Millstättersee for the 2nd time, yes we liked it, no the negative thing is unfortunately the recklessness of other campers. They hitch up their trailer at 6.00 a.m. or drive off with their motorhome at 6.00 a.m. and take advantage of the fact that there is no barrier.
There is a midday... rest period, but people still drive up and down.
Otherwise the site is quiet.
The restaurant is good and the food is also good, daily changing dish of the day, but unfortunately no card payment possible (according to the campsite the restaurant is leased) therefore no handling regarding card payment.
Local supply Döbriach a Spar or Millstatt a Billa . Both about 4 km away.
The homemade schnapps is very good. Electricity 6 ampere which made no problems with us but accurate billing. The price of the place is good what is offered. Take enough wheel chocks with you.Automatski prevedeno.
