Ute C.July 2018NegativnoMosquitoes in the shower. Car-free. Strange barrier times.InflexibleWell-kept, quiet campsite on a former farm with large, sunny pitches. We couldn't choose our own pitch but were allocated one even though there was plenty of space. The caravan has to be positioned parallel to the path. There is a special stone slab on which to place the rear wowa tire. The pitches are... separated by low hedges and cars are only allowed on the pitch for arrivals and departures. Handcarts are available for transporting shopping. The sanitary building is clean and functional. Individual washing cubicles with power sockets available. In the shower, hot water has to be switched on by pressing a button, i.e. it suddenly gets cold in between and you have to press it again. Unfortunately, there were also hordes of mosquitoes in the shower cubicle, so countermeasures should be taken, not just a mosquito lamp as was the case. Departure was only possible before 7pm, which was also a bit unfortunate for us. We had planned a night trip to avoid traffic jams. But even otherwise, departure is not possible at any time and it would make sense to publish the barrier times on the homepage, then you know in advance what you are getting into. Outlet Center Roermond approx. 10 km away, large camping store approx. 7 km away. Pitches are well parceled out and car-free. Large parking lot in front of the barrier. Very friendly operators. Very informal!The site is in a quiet location with sufficiently large pitches. Electricity at every pitch and water easily accessible. The sanitary facilities are super clean, as is the whole site. We received a very friendly welcome. The site is family-run and everyone was always very accommodating, especially to the youngest. - Dirk H.May 2012Beautiful site with 100 pitches. Quiet, virtually car-free, as there is a large parking lot at the entrance, which is also nearby. Huge pitches (we had about 160 square meters, electricity at every pitch, water always nearby. For children, various play equipment (vehicles) on the pitch, several playgrounds... (sometimes a swing and a sandpit), small and fine playroom. WC and showers standard and clean. Access via a gravel path, the site was fully occupied and yet everything seemed very manageable. Bread roll service. Operator very friendly and attentive, a top place for a weekend.Automatski prevedeno.
