"Great campsite with a beautiful view - In July, we spent one night in the large parking lot at the campsite. It's very suitable as an overnight stopover, as you can also stay coupled up. The campsite is great and you have a fantastic view. The sanitary facilities are clean and modern. We also really liked the restaurant and the food was delicious. The staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, you can only pay in cash and the electricity charge is very high.

"Overvalued - We stayed on this pitch for one night and ended up there because of the good reviews. The reception was friendly and nice. It was inexplicable to us how there can still be campsites today without card payment. Even a restaurant has been integrated which should also be booked on account of the stay. Strange system in my opinion. The sanitary facilities were hardly cleaned and poorly finished. The anteroom was under water after a shower and you could swim out afterwards. For one night it was OK, but did not meet the expectations according to the reviews. The road and railroad track were very noisy.

"This is how I imagine camping! - A warm welcome after arriving overnight with breakfast and an uncomplicated check-in by operator Gisela herself. We had a free choice of pitches and opted for the meadow with a fantastic view. You can start hikes and bike tours from the campsite. If you want, you can get tips from the operator's family. The culinary catering in Bar 66 is excellent with products from their own farm or producers from the region. The sanitary facilities are very clean and modern. It's a shame to use the campsite or the country of Slovenia just for passing through - it's worth staying longer. It is a region and a place with a special spirit and charm - the same goes for the boss Gisela😉! We would come back at any time and would like to thank the Camp Plana team for a wonderful stay and wish them continued success and all the best!

CAMPING PLANA & BAR 66 We are a new camp in Slovenia, located in the Karst region close to the world attraction Postojna cave. The camp is built around a Ranch that has been working with breeding Icelandic horses for …the past 27 years, sorounded by the beautifully wild nature and calming views of the Javorniki forests. Our camp is only 7min from the highway and you can access the site directly form the main road, heading towards Rijeka(Croatia). As our motto states we offer our guests an "embrace of nature" and it is shown as soon as you enter the camp. Our bar is made almost entirely of wood and sets the ambient for the whole expirence, stocked with delicius drinks and localy produced food it is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the peacfull soroundings. Our sanitation complex is a combination of wood and raw stone and offers clean and usefull toilets and showers. We offer several campsites that can accomodate every combination of campists.
