Since it was fall and usually not the best weather (not even for hiking), we missed a somewhat larger wellness offer.
The cancellation policy was very uncompassionate and not very accommodating. The only thing this place is missing to be crowned a great place is perhaps a wellness area with sauna and relaxation zone with a view of the Sciliar,... which you could use in the evening after a hike through a dreamlike landscape.

The loving equipment of the entire place is very impressive
The whole place is very clean and well maintained
There is a bus stop directly above the campsite on the road
The cable car valley station is very easy to reach... by bus
Once at the top of the mountain there are good hiking opportunities for every level
The sanitary area of the campsite alone is worth a booking the restaurant Quelle on site offers excellent cuisine great ambience and very good service
All in all, a great place to enjoy, hike and relax

The view of the mountains 🏔️ (Schlern) and the whole surrounding area is simply fantastic.

Offer in the camping store overpriced, breakfast rolls of inferior quality. The offer in the restaurant was also disappointing - no regional dishes - unfortunately... we didn't find anything that would have appealed to us. The 2 pizza vending machines were also disgraceful. The cleanliness of the site and the sanitary facilities were positive. Overall, the price-performance ratio is not right and the place unfortunately does not fulfill its advertising promise.Automatski prevedeno.

But: What made the previous campsite so special, namely spontaneous arrivals and departures, is unfortunately a thing of the past. We were forced to specify the length of our stay when we called.... When we arrived and the weather was bad and I therefore asked if we could leave earlier, we were told curtly: Yes, but we would then have to pay for the entire booked stay. I get a better deal with the hotels on booking.com. In addition, your catering service is in no way adapted to the needs of the average camper. You have to book a time slot a day in advance and pay a penalty if you don't show up. Luckily, we discovered the "Schlern" restaurant on the other side of the road.Automatski prevedeno.
