"Very clean and well equipped campsite - The entire staff was friendly and helpful at all times. The site offers a bread roll service. The bread rolls are baked on site after prior order. The campsite also has a sauna and a heated outdoor pool. Various pitch categories are available. The entire site is absolutely clean and well-kept. The shower area is particularly noteworthy. This is similar to a private sanitary facility. There is one shower and one washbasin per unit. The hot water is regulated via a shower card. Many hiking options are possible from the campsite. Guided hikes are also offered once a week. Bus tours, e.g. to Prague, can be booked. There is also a cozy restaurant. However, we did not visit it. In the village there is a bakery and a savings bank as well as other restaurants. Shopping facilities are only available in Bad Schandau and Königstein. As the campsite is located on a high plateau, the approach involves steep inclines. Unfortunately, there are no cycle paths in this area. Cycling along the Elbe is excellent. A pick-up service is offered for the return to the campsite. The campsite is located in a quiet cul-de-sac between woods and meadows.

"Pure relaxation - The campsite in Gohrisch impresses with its tranquillity and extreme cleanliness. Very nice operators and staff. The pool is a pleasure. Great excursions and bike tours. We have booked again for next year.

"A really great campsite with very nice staff - We arrived there with our two friends, caravan and dog, and were totally thrilled straight away. We had a great pitch and the surroundings were fantastic. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The pool and the whole camping area were really well prepared. The staff was great, Mr. Straßberger offered hikes every Saturday where you had to register in advance. It was challenging but great. An unforgettable experience ;-) Bread rolls and eggs could be pre-ordered and lots of information flyers were available at reception. The Falkensteinblick restaurant is also recommended. If you are traveling by bike, the bike shuttle will pick you up down in Königstein if necessary. Great service...The surrounding area invites you to go hiking, I could write so many more positive things....We would like to thank you all for the wonderful time we had with you. Also to you dear Susi and the help with the muzzle for Toby...🐕For all the great conversations and the beer on some evenings...:-).... best regards from the Westerwald Hilde, Georg and dog Toby

"Very nice campsite - A cozy campsite. We stayed here for 12 nights. The site is ideal as a starting point for hiking. The best thing is the pool. Jumping into the pool after a hike is great for your muscles.

"Beautiful place with many possibilities - Very well-kept campsite, absolutely quiet at night, outdoor facilities and sanitary facilities in very clean condition at all times. The reception is very helpful and sometimes up for a joke. My requests were dealt with immediately, problems solved and questions answered competently. WLAN worked well without exception. I was served in a very friendly manner in the adjoining restaurant and was always asked about my wishes or whether everything was OK. I went on great cycling and hiking tours from here. The choice in this area is almost inexhaustible. Conclusion: gladly again!

Profil

In March 2008 we established our caravan camp ground located in the heart of the national park „Sächsische Schweiz/ Saxony Switzerland“ and its unique landscape. Our camp pitches have a size of 100 m², all buildings are new build up …and also prepared for winter season. We offer you most of all silence and recreation. Additional you´ll find here a family sauna, a family bathroom, our play ground “Robin Hood”, a kids pool, a mini shop, our restaurant “Falkensteinblick” where we provide exquisite coffee variations, home made cakes & torte, delicious ice cream sundaes and a constantly changing dinner menu card. We also offer bicycle and car rental service, our special and charge free byke-shuttle from the Elberadweg to our campground, daily fresh baked “Brötchen”, showers with chip card system and a handy caped bathroom. For our guests we organize music and barbeque events, leaded hiking tours, holiday events and many other activities.
