"Beautiful place in a castle park - Fantastic location, very romantic. You're not on a campsite, but in the middle of a park with flowering plants and beautiful old trees. Although we were there in October. There is a wobbly path in the forest for children. Very funny. Can also be used by adults.

"Unique - This campsite is something really special. Recommended to anyone who wants to visit the city. Certainly a great starting point for tours, but you can also spend a relaxing time on the site, as there are many leisure activities, including a golf course.

"Camping in the castle park - Large campsite in a beautiful castle park. In the low season with ACSI-CARD € 20.00 incl. electricity. The sanitary facilities could be a little more comfortable for a five-star campsite. The town of Quimper is well worth a visit. There are two cycling routes to Pont de l'Abbé and Douarnenez.

"Castle camping disappointing - Only moderately frequented at the end of May. Pitches quite nicely designed. Sanitary not particularly clean, there was an event in one of the buildings, the toilets of the campsite were also used, therefore very frequented and dirty, the reception was staffed with friendly staff. Still far from 5 stars.

"With errors - First time on a CASTEL ***** site. Great site, in a park, very spacious (bike recommended), good internet for a fee, showers large and almost like at home, lots of trees, golf course integrated, pleasant atmosphere. But: swimming pool filled at the end of May, but dirty - not usable(!), waste not well separated and smelly, city highway audible noise during the day.

"a botanical garden as a campsite, very beautiful, very quiet - As the name suggests, the campsite is a botanical masterpiece; the pitches are all very nicely situated, large and shady; it is very quiet on the site; there is a golf course right next to the campsite, but you don't notice anything; the catering on the site was rather poor, there was no store and you could only get a baguette at the nearest supermarket, about 1 km away. The beautiful old town of Quimper is 10 minutes away by bike (highly recommended). However, the price was very high at €37 (one night motorhome, 2 people).

Profil

L'Orangerie de Lanniron estate is located in Quimper, South Finistère, South Brittany. All year, we welcome you for stays of any durations, in our studios, gîtes and houses. Our campsite is open from March 28th until November 15th and can …accomodate caravans, camping cars and tents on pitches 80 to 150sqm large. At the heart of a 38ha park on the banks of the Odet river, the Orangerie de Lanniron estate is a real oasis of peace and quiet just a step away from Quimper historical town center (reachable through a wooden path for cyclists and pedestrians) and 10 minutes away from Bénodet beaches and the pays bigouden. Onsite : 9-hole golf course and driving range, lessons and training courses, tennis court, table tennis, aquapark of over 600 sqm of heated water with slides and jacuzzis (15/05 to 15/09), crazy golf, playgrounds and gaming rooms, bikes rental, fishing, launch ramp for canoes, small boats, numerous services : restaurant, bar-pub all year, grocery shop with take-away and snack (15/05 to 15/09), kid's club (July/August)
