The Du Lac de Miel campsite is located near Beynat in the Limousin region, on the banks of a beautiful lake. The hilly campsite is mainly home to mobile homes, but there are also a few touring pitches. The campsite …is located in a beautiful and natural landscape and the campsite itself is wooded and green. The camping area covers seven hectares and consists of grassy fields with many trees. There are one hundred and forty spacious rental pitches. For motorhomes, there are sixty very spacious touring pitches. Some of these are located among the rental pitches, while others are located together in separate camping areas. Even on days when the weather is not so good, you can still swim at Camping du Lac de Miel, as there is a heated swimming pool with a sliding roof. The separate heated paddling pool and the water playground guarantee plenty of water fun for the little ones. In addition to the swimming pool, you can also work out on the sports fields. In the high season, there is an entertainment programme for all ages. In July and August, a limited range of food is available at the campsite. You can also pre-order fresh bread. There is no restaurant at the campsite itself, but there is a snack bar by the sea where you can get both pizzas and snacks. In the evenings, there is often a great atmosphere and music is played until late. The campsite is beautifully situated around the public sandy beach at Lac de Miel. From the campsite, you have direct access to the sandy beach and can take a refreshing dip there.
