"Rather disappointing - Although this site stands out due to its location and easy accessibility to the town, on closer inspection it has some shortcomings: the simple sanitary facilities must be described as completely inadequate in number (only 2 of several toilets open, another sanitary building completely closed), the pitches are all on at least a slight slope. The staff are friendly and helpful. Opening times differ from published information.

"Disappointing - We were there in June, the place was quite full and of the 7 toilets only 2 were open and that in 2 wash houses! The open toilets were dirty, you have to search for water in the showers...; you shouldn't stand near the large indoor pool either, the fan is so loud that you think you're standing on a car ferry;

"Full and loud - We had a look at the site and the allocated !!! We had a look at the pitch and the allocated pitch and drove on: narrow, parceled out pitches, unclear routing and difficult to drive on with a car and caravan. Better to drive a few kilometers further towards the Atlantic....

"close to the city, beautiful location, well maintained - beautiful well-kept muni near the city, well-kept facility, nice staff, sufficiently large parking space, clean sanitary facilities, cycle path on the Golf de Morbihan directly into the great city, very reasonably priced in the off-season

"Time flies here. - A very nice CP, we immediately felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay longer. A stroll through the beautiful town of Vannes, day trips to the islands, the nearby harbor. Here you can relax :-) The staff are very nice, especially the couple in the small, simple restaurant where they also serve delicious baquettes. There is a large pool which can be closed in bad weather.

"Mobile home and camping car rental Pentecost weekend - When we arrived, we were assigned a mobile home opposite the camper pitch (when we booked 15 days earlier directly on site, we were supposed to have one next to the other). We were put 150 meters away on a sloping site, far from ideal for a camper. 2nd surprise: we had to check out before 8:30 am on Monday, which fortunately was changed to 3 pm. Camping very noisy all night we could not sleep more than 1 hour in a row because of the passage and noise. Mobilhome functional but average cleanliness.

Profil

Flower Camping Le Conleau is located on the edge of the old town of Vannes, near the Gulf of Morbihan. The campsite is spaciously laid out and slopes upwards slightly, giving you a view of the rest of the campsite …from the pitches and rental accommodation. The large swimming pool is great for splashing around in, but the ultimate destination for real water lovers is the Gulf of Morbihan. Behind the reception building, you will discover a very spacious camping area. The front part is still flat, but if you drive to the back, you will notice that the terrain slopes upwards a bit. Although the pitches here are sometimes not completely flat, you will have a beautiful view from here: in the shade of the trees and with a view over the rest of the campsite. The highest pitches are mainly intended for tents and mobile homes. If you are in the middle of the flat area, you will also get shade. It is mainly sunny in the surrounding ring. Special places for campers have been created around a sanitary building. At the far end of the site is the large covered swimming pool. The pool is fairly standard, but its rectangular shape makes good use of the space. Next to the swimming pool is a shallow children's pool. The restaurant terrace is slightly higher than the rest of the campsite. This means you have a view over the campsite, although the roof of the swimming pool blocks part of the view. The restaurant mainly serves pizza and snacks. The campsite shop offers a small range of products. However, there are plenty of restaurants and shops in the vicinity of the campsite.

Take the N165/E60 Nantes-Lorient motorway, exit at Vannes Ouest/Arradon. Then follow the signs for Vannes Centre and the campsite. There is a ‘Le Conleau’ sign at each roundabout.
