"Nice location but unkempt. - The best thing about the site is the location, everything else perhaps deserves a star in the camping guide. As far as maintenance and cleanliness are concerned, everything on the site is lacking, the drains at the water points are blocked, some of the pipes stink of sewage, there is garbage lying around on various pitches and the sanitary facilities are not cleaned daily. In the area of the 40 pitches there is a newer sanitary block building with 2 toilets and a washbasin for men and women. During our 4-day stay, the toilets were not even cleaned. The request to "look after the facilities as you would at home", which is posted everywhere, takes on a completely different meaning. The showers, additional toilets, sinks and washing machines are located in the large sanitary building in the area of the permanent pitches. The general condition is in need of renovation, but what is much more important is the cleanliness. In all showers there is extensive black mold on the doors and partitions, the joints and expansion joints are cracked and some are also moldy. The children's playground is mainly equipped with equipment from the 1970s, and some of the equipment would not survive an inspection according to current safety standards. The lake appears to have good water quality due to the presence of fish. The water is murky and you can only feel the bottom. Access to the lake is poor and not suitable for children, and there are no signs indicating the depth of the water. For my taste, it's more of a fishing lake than a bathing lake, but that's for everyone to decide for themselves.

"One of the worst places in Germany - Place is not recommended!!! Many tourist pitches only in the shade, wet and uneven.

"No place to recommend - The campsite... Tourist campsite!!!! Completely neglected. A disaster on arrival and then you are left to your own devices on the site. Bad signage, poor access, everything is damn old and unkempt. The pitches are extremely uneven and mostly very sloping. In addition, the whole area is extremely damp, almost swampy. I don't think the owner is really interested in the site. The sanitary facilities are very, very old, but we always found them to be really clean. The ladies at reception were always friendly, which cannot be said of the other "employees - son-in-law tattooed". Rude, impertinent, I actually wanted to leave straight away... To say "what ass is standing there" as a greeting is not acceptable at reception. That was assi ! We won't be back.

"Very customer-unfriendly staff! - Mega unfriendly staff there. No competent advice, are annoyed and absolutely don't like dogs on the campsite. They even forbid an old, perfectly decent dog to sleep in the car next to the tent!!!! Although it is advertised on the website that dogs are also welcome.

"Not recommended - Sanitary rooms and washrooms very unclean, showers found to be heavily infested with mold. Friendliness at reception leaves a lot to be desired. Friendliness at the kiosk good.
