"Great place by the lake - We were there for one night on a round trip. Getting there is a bit of an adventure, the roads are sometimes very narrow. Some of the roads are single-lane with passing places. You should always follow the access signs. Our satnav wanted to send us through even more adventurous roads. Pitch right on the lake, super great location. The reception was very friendly and you could choose your own pitch (it was low season). There is a lower area and one on a small hill with an even better view. Pitches in the front row with a view cost 2 pounds extra. There is an electricity column with water and waste water connection on site. Sanitary facilities are great. Modern and clean. Top! Showers included. The pitches are gravel as can be seen in the pictures. No trees, so satellite reception is very good. Wifi only in or directly at the reception building. Doggy walk outside the site along the lake. Very nicely situated. There is a small playground at one end of the site in the upper area.

"Beautifully located, but expensive - We were at the site on 17.07.2018, it is absolutely fine in terms of sanitary facilities, there are not electricity and water connections at every pitch, so you need long hoses, WiFi is only available in the reception area (but free of charge). All in all, the site is far too expensive (GBP 38.40 for 2 adults and a dog in a motorhome).

"Nessie not located - The route on the single track route is a bit exciting, but Scottish drivers know this. Then you are given a friendly welcome on a pitch right by the lake. Generously parceled out, free WLAN in the reception building and cleanliness in the sanitary building are a matter of course. Boats can be hired directly at the site.

"great, but very expensive place - A great, completely new but also very expensive site. (We paid over 40 pounds for a pitch and 2 adults + 2 children). The sanitary facilities were new and very clean. Unfortunately, you hardly have a view of the lake directly from the pitch (trees obscure the view), but you can be on the shore within 2 minutes. The staff were very friendly. The approach is quite narrow for a camper van over the serpentines (but 12m length was still fine)

"Loch Ness - Camping at a really nice place, new and comfortably furnished, friendly staff, well-stocked shop. Be sure to come back for a longer period of time.

Located on the south shores of Loch Ness, this site is the perfect location if you are planning to explore the Highlands. There is something for everyone - whether you want to relax or you are looking for an active …break. The scenery and wildlife won't fail to impress. The area has an abundance of paths to explore and the outdoor activities available on site include archery, wildlife walks, den building, motor boat and kayak hire. The site is open all year round and offers 99 pitches with a mixture of grass and hard-standing.
