"Top place - A very well-kept, not too large site. Rental accommodation in the upper part, pitches in the middle and a small meadow for tents on the lower level. From there, the steps lead down to the Baltic Sea. The sound of the sea is soothing. The sanitary facilities are probably brand new. There is no description. Large cabins, although not many, with anteroom, shelves and hooks. Absolutely TOP. The price/performance ratio is reasonable.

"Beautiful beach campsite - It is a relatively small CP not far from the Baltic Sea beach. Access from the main road was easy, if a bit humpy. The operator gave us a very friendly welcome. Access to the beach was via a fairly new-looking metal staircase. The beach was wonderfully secluded and spacious. Unfortunately, the weather was not suitable for sunbathing and swimming. The sanitary facilities were new and clean. The price-performance ratio was reasonable.

"Top place on the Gulf of Finland - Easy to reach via the coastal road. Large, well-arranged pitches on terraces, some with sea views. Great sanitary facilities: clean, modern and 'with music'. Washing machine. Easy descent to the beach with rocks via metal steps. Good bathing area (sandbanks, shallow slope). No shopping facilities nearby.

"Pure tranquillity - Super, well-kept place, directly on the Baltic Sea, large pitches with electricity, clean, modern sanitary facilities, free WLAN with good reception, unfortunately no kiosk or bread service, nice, young boss, speaks perfect English

Profil

Mereoja Camping is situated on a beautiful limestone cliff right by the sea in Estonia, Viru County. The ideal spot to spend your vacation – private, sandy beach, gorgeous nature, relaxing sound of the sea, rich birdsong and plenty of …recreational opportunities nearby! The campsite has a special designated area just for kids to have fun! We have a huge playground, and several swings. Our shelter with adjustable walls accommodates up to 120 people and keeps out the wind and rain, or gives shade from the sun. The BBQ area has tables, benches, and several full-size grills. We have a small on site convenience store stocking hot and cold beverages, ice cream, frozen food, and daily essentials. The main building has information and flyers on local sites of interest.

The campsite is easily accessible from Tallinn-Narva Highway by an asphalted road. If you are approaching from Tallinn, drive past the Aseri intersection and Kõrkküla. Turn left towards the sea when you see a sign: Liimala 2, Tallinn 134, Narva …78 kilometers. On your right, there will be a log house and a little mine. After 150 meters the gate of Mereoja Campsite will be visible on your left.
