On the phone, the owner's daughter very kindly confirmed to us that there was still a place available due to a reservation being canceled, which we now reserved. She was just as friendly and very service-oriented when she welcomed us on... site the following day. Campsites directly in front of the dyke have their own problems and are not usually our cup of tea. It was different here! Electricity, fresh water and waste water even at our own pitch, which had both a paved and a grassed area (with grass around it, of course). The new wash house was very practical and generously equipped in the pitch. The cleaning was good, but the campers themselves determine the cleanliness!!! Hardly anyone teaches their children/young people to bend down after the paper that has fallen next to the wastepaper basket or even wipes the washbasin dry with their own paper to give the next person a good feeling!!! The operator can't do anything about that, it's the guests' responsibility!
The showers were brilliant! Spacious with lots of hooks and an ingenious payment system. The credit on the card is only debited when the water is running! This made it possible to take a relaxed shower for €1.20. The best pay shower system I have ever seen! Economical in terms of water consumption, economical for your wallet. A great campsite for us, 2 adults, an 11 year old daughter and two dogs! The beach situation is not very inviting, only silt at low tide, opposite the industrial facilities of Wilhelmshafen. Creepy sanitary and toilet situation, far too few for the site; the warden's friendliness is below par, she has a commanding tone. Overall not recommended.Automatski prevedeno.

Everything was perfect and we certainly weren't there for the last time. However, the electricity costs seemed a bit high to us. (we paid around € 30 for 1 week). On the other hand, the pitch right on the mudflats is relatively cheap. The wasps were also a nuisance during this time, but that's not the operator's fault.Automatski prevedeno.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it was very loud at night due to neighboring 'party guests'. No possibility for the dog to move around in the area. Unfortunately there are only 2 showers for the... ladies for the whole site. Similar for the men. There is sometimes a waiting time. Urgent improvements are needed here. But everything is clean. But: waste water disposal on the pitch rather dubious: at best seepage (at least for us, even when asked). And secondly: WLAN (for a fee) extremely unstable, often zero for several minutes. - André K.October 2016Pozitivno- Directly at the water, the swimming pool, the small supermarket and the restaurants - Friendly staffNegativno- too few showers / toilets - no hot water after 9 pm - long distances to the sanitary facilitiesGood location with restrictionsWe were there in the last week of the season, so the site was full at the beginning and then always empty (the seasonal campers had cleared their pitches, causing some "dismantling noise"). Our pitch in field 6 was easy to reach, there was a small playground right in front of us, perfect for our 2.5... year old son. The electricity and water supply on the pitch was good and stable, 0.60 cents / KwH is a "standard price". There wasn't much to complain about in itself, only the number of sanitary buildings (there is only 1) is completely under-dimensioned, even now you sometimes had to wait 10 minutes for a free paid shower, I don't even want to know what it's like in high season. The fact that you only have the opportunity to get hot water or wash up between 8am and 9pm is also in need of improvement. In our opinion, the site is more suitable for older children as it is completely criss-crossed with drainage ditches and all the power lines are laid underground.Automatski prevedeno.

The site is right on the water, but without a sandy beach. However, this is only 100 m away. However, you can get directly into the water from the pitch via a ladder or footbridge. The pitches are also easily accessible... with larger camper vans. However, they are not in the front row. The pitches all have their own water access. Dogs are very welcome here and there are plenty of opportunities for walking. There is a bakery, supermarket and restaurants right next to the campsite. Dangast offers a lot of cultural and leisure activities for those interested. After that, only washing with cold water in the toilet building without a cubicle.goes like thisIf you don't make any demands on a campsite, this one is certainly adequate. The sanitary facilities are always clean. Small but clean dishwashing blocks. Pitches are quite large. Directly on the beach. Close to store and restaurant. We won't be back. The site has no charm. It is noisy and restless due... to the large groups of permanent campers. There are always crowds of people walking on the dyke and buses arrive at the beach and disgorge loads of people who then spread out in the small village. The dog is not allowed on the beach or on the dyke. At the old Kurhaus there is a small section of beach where dogs can run free, otherwise they can run for miles behind the dyke, but without a sea view.Automatski prevedeno.

The paths to the pitches are uneven, sometimes very high and unkempt, even if there... are water taps at intervals on the pitches, I find it an imposition to offer only a mini wash-up house with two basins for the many guests. This means that you have to wash your dishes on the grass and the queues are yawning. The same goes for paying 80 cents for a shower.... How much is that supposed to cost a family when you spend two weeks on vacation at the Wadden Sea? This regulation is outdated and rarely found today, as is the number of toilets and showers... Hair and other residues were often visible in the men's toilets, and the fact that you can no longer shower after 10 p.m. is terrible in the summer months... I myself had to freshen up at the washbasin in the toilet room on three days because the capacity was overloaded, and then even without hot water... Many ladies combed their hair outside the door because it was overcrowded inside. A second wash house and more flushing facilities would make up for the negative points, but we won't be back, at least not for camping, otherwise the location of the site is otherwise great, we only live 30km away from there and often come to Dangast for a trip, but this place disappointed us. ....Automatski prevedeno.
