The sanitary facilities are now new and located in the former entrance area of the "resort". The showers are tidy, clean and have free hot water. A clear improvement on the previous years! The tent pitch itself is nice, the infrastructure for camping guests (sanitary facilities, kitchen) is the worst of all the campsites we used in Iceland, but the price was the most expensive of all campsites in Iceland (2000 per adult, 1000 per child, regardless of age!!!).Automatski prevedeno.

The sanitary facilities are clean, cleaned every day. The downside is the showers: two shower heads side by side, with only a trickle of water, which is cold! So if you get there on a day when you don't need a shower, that's fine. Otherwise it's invigorating!... The location is right next to the hikes, and what a hike the kerlingjarfoll is, just magnificent, our fondest memory! So we quickly forgot about the cold showers after all. There's a kitchen area where you can cook and eat in the warmth of a table, which is really nice! It's windy at night, given that we're close to the mountains, but that's nature!Automatski prevedeno.
