Jörg K.July 2024PozitivnoThe center of Brandenburg and several supermarkets are within walking distance. The booking system and check-in are very easy to use via cell phone or computer at the reception. The staff is present, very friendly, helpful and attentive. The place is a bit chaotic but still charming. Boats, tents, bungalows, rental caravans, vacation apartments, caravans and motorhomes - all wildly mixed up and partly right on the water. There is a very well-equipped kitchen with washing-up facilities. The sanitary facilities were clean and modern. Disposal facilities for gray water and chemical toilets are available. There is electricity at the pitches. Drinking water supply possible in several places. The price is okay.NegativnoThe location in the middle of the city and on the riverbank is both an advantage and a disadvantage. During our stay, the weather was great and the paths along the banks of the Havel were well frequented by tourists and locals well into the night. This naturally creates a certain amount of disturbance and noise. In addition, a shortcut for insiders seems to run right across the site. Some of the pitches are on concrete surfaces. The concrete is in poor condition, brittle, with large puddles forming, some half-paved and some originating from ancient foundations. No drama, but I would always prefer a grass pitch. There are far too few sanitary facilities. Two toilets for men and two for women are definitely not enough. The same applies to the showers. At peak times you have to queue here and it wasn't even full on the pitch.Close to the center with charmA place with light and shade. We were there with the caravan and will be back. The main focus here is more on boat hire and offering moorings. In any case, there are boats everywhere, some of them in need of repair, and in between there are a few pitches for motorhomes.... At the end is a small meadow that can be used with a tent or caravan with awning. The sanitary facilities have deteriorated in recent years and appear unkempt.Automatski prevedeno.

The location is well suited for excursions into the city center on foot. Another good thing is that there is no puzzle-based price structure. Everything is included, whether WLAN, electricity or showers. However, the grass pitches for €10 a night plus caravan... (an additional €20!) need an urgent overhaul! Some of them are sandy and quite uneven, so overall they are not reasonably priced. The purpose of the self-built barrier to the lawns is also not clear. Rental accommodation is probably quite popular. The large kitchen is well equipped, but was also unheated. Some guests obviously used the oven for more than just the bread rolls... The sanitary facilities were already overcrowded, and are likely to be even more so when fully occupied. Two toilets, one urinal, two washbasins for the men. Two showers in the narrow room with the window permanently closed at a height of approx. 3 meters, at single-digit temperatures (6 - 8 degrees) without any heating are not really possible! No floor mops for self-cleaning, the room is often dirty and/or wet or flooded. Lack of toilet paper, overflowing paper towel waste, are not good, and the family bathroom (heated?), which can only be opened with a key at reception, does nothing to change this... Probably a similar picture for the women. Staff friendly, but should take more care of the sanitary facilities, the bistro on site was not used, visually made a good impression.Automatski prevedeno.
