- Lirina G.August 2024PozitivaNice staff, uncomplicated handling Space was good enough for us with the VW bus and a pavilion. We were in the second row with a sea view. The sanitary facilities are very outdated and would be in need of renovation. The mini market has great opening hours and is well stocked with everything.NegativaWhat we didn't like was the mix of permanent campers who were extremely fenced in and barricaded and traveling campers, also there are campers with dogs everywhere, you have to like that. The barrier time was stupid for us, because you can no longer enter the site after 8 pm and have to stay in the parking lot. This means you can't go on another excursion if you're traveling by bus like we did. The beach doesn't allow easy access to the sea everywhere.Mediocre placeOverall, the campsite was mediocre and is therefore not on our "we have to go there again" listAutomaticky přeloženo.

- Michael L.September 2019PozitivaDirectly by the sea, inexpensiveNegativaNo soap and toilet paper in the sanitary facilitiesBeautiful CP right by the seaNice sandy and simple CP relatively large Good mini market with long opening hours Camping in the first row directly by the sea possible, but often occupied by permanent campers. Direct access to the sea Bicycle rental possible Restaurant available, but we did not test it. The sanitary facilities are quite clean but there is no soap or toilet paper available. This was standard at our other campsites.Automaticky přeloženo.
- Marc W.June 2019PozitivaDogs allowed. Well-equipped store. Own restaurant. Beautifully demarcated shady pitchesNegativaOlder sanitary facilitiesTour through TuscanyWe had a place for ourselves without having to book in advance. We were also able to choose freely. Even with a larger motorhome you can get there easily. Dogs are also allowed on the private beach (but not on the public beach). The site is beautifully laid out with plenty of shade. There is always a... gentle breeze, which is very pleasant. The store is really well equipped. Again, I didn't find the toilets and showers all that great. You have direct access to the beach. What I found a little strange were the numerous permanent campers who have turned their caravans into veritable "fortifications" with plastic tarpaulins and fences. The on-site restaurant is good.Automaticky přeloženo.
- Gregor C.May 2016Pozitivavery quiet CP, beautifully situated directly by the seaNegativastrong wind, dogsVery quiet CP with a lot of wind and many dogsWe stayed at this campsite for 10 days over Whitsun. Arrival: very easy to reach via the highway from Grosseto: Albinia exit. Well signposted from there. Reception: they speak some English, sufficient for check-in. Very friendly and very nice, check-in was very quick. The campsite is flat, located directly... by the sea, partly (in the front area) protected from the wind by an earth wall, but no view of the sea. It was very windy at the campsite during our stay, with a strong wind blowing. The campsite is therefore well suited for windsurfing! Caution: the paths are narrowed by trees growing at an angle or by the fencing of the permanent campers' pitches - check the access to the pitch on foot beforehand and don't rely on what the reception says! One guest ruined his camper van (alcove) at the entrance! Many permanent campers on the site. The pitches are very small, from 20.05. the car must be parked outside (special parking lot in front of the reception). There are wheelbarrows for transportation! There is a small mini-market/bar on the campsite which has all the essential groceries. Otherwise you can go to Albinia to the Coop or to Simply for shopping - also by bike! From the CP you can cycle well, there are extra cycle paths - also into the city. The cycle path leads through a natural landscape where you can see lots of birds. Sanitary facilities: very plentiful, very clean, everything is fine. In summer (high season) the campsite is certainly very busy, but extremely quiet at Whitsun (except for the waves and wind). Negative: A lot of dogs on the campsite, which don't always go to the fence, but sometimes do their business directly on the pitch. Excursions: Porto Santo Stefano is very close and highly recommended. Grosseto and Siena are also worth a visit. And Pitigliano is a must when heading towards the mountains. Price for 3 people per night: EUR 25 Conclusion: If you like a lot of peace and quiet, but also a lot of wind and don't mind the dogs, this is certainly a good place to stay.Automaticky přeloženo.
- Christian A.August 2015PozitivaDirectly on the beachNegativaCan be very windy...Nice but...This campsite was our starting point for exploring the Maremme, but also for a beach vacation. And you should bear in mind that the campsite is exposed to the wind. The wind often blows all day long, both on the beach and on the campsite, which can be unpleasant despite the heat. I also think the pitch prices are too high, which is of course a problem in Italy.Automaticky přeloženo.
- Hans S.August 2015PozitivaDirectly by the sea - ideal for swimming - quiet location and nice staff - great with a dogNegativanoneVery nice campsite right by the sea.CP located directly by the sea. Catering by a small store that has almost everything, if not, you can be in Albinia in 5 minutes by bike. Since 2014 there has been a new owner who is renovating the site bit by bit over the winter. We were there with our dog for the last week of August and the first two... weeks of September and loved it. Swimming in the sea is great, you can also take your dog to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the sanitary facilities are constantly cleaned and are clean. It is quiet at night and during the day. Ideal for relaxing. Parking is obligatory in Italy outside in a fenced area. Excursion destinations such as Capalbio - Pitiglano -Porto Ercole-Isola Giglio -Orbetello and Saturnia are nearby and absolutely worth seeing. Many nice Romans have their pitches here as permanent campers, so you really get the feeling of being in Italy. We will definitely be back !!!!.Automaticky přeloženo.
- Hartmut S.August 2015PozitivaMostly clean, nice locationNegativaLots of dogs and noise! ExpensiveNice campsite with weaknessesThe campsite is characterized above all by its location in southern Tuscany. It is right by the sea. It is perfectly suitable for campers with tents, but you will have to live with the fact that many dogs feel called upon to keep watch. The sanitary building is cleaned thoroughly every day. However,... the sanitary facilities are no longer up to date. In addition to various toilets, there are 5 small rooms with toilets, washbasins and showers. However, there is no splash protection in the showers so that the whole room is under water. When mixed with sand, the whole thing looks very dirty. Furthermore, there are a few toilets but no urinals. The supermarket, although very small, is well stocked. The site itself is always kept clean. It is located directly by the sea with a narrow strip of beach which is unfortunately not cleaned. While we were there, the night's rest was unfortunately not particularly respected. I would wish for a little more peace and quiet here! The site management tries very hard to please the guests. They are very friendly here! The WLAN supply is unfortunately very cumbersome but works sufficiently. The price-performance ratio is quite high! However, it is reasonable by Italian standards. We paid €34.77 per night in a tent from the end of August to the beginning of September!Automaticky přeloženo.
- Jürgen Z.June 2014PozitivaLocation, equipmentNegativaCars must be parked outside the campsite in a parking lot with very narrow parking spacesSuper locationAs with my 1st stay, I was able to choose a pitch from which I had an unobstructed view (only "disturbed" by the mesh fence) of the sea and Monte Argentario. Fantastically beautiful sunsets! The sanitary facilities are well equipped and the cleaning works well. If you run out of bread in the grocery... store on the campsite, you can be in Albinia in 5 minutes by bike, where you can find all the stores. There is now also free W-LAN throughout the site.Automaticky přeloženo.

- Franz S.September 2010Wonderful place in southern Tuscany with a beautiful sandy beach, which is very shallow and ideal for children. Sanitarios even with family showers, everything very well maintained - far above the Italian average !!! Spacious pitches, nice and shady - but I don't understand why the cars have to park... in the parking lot ... I'll never get used to this nonsense, which only exists in Italy. The prices in the bar are very high, the Minimark only has the bare essentials and towards the end of the season not even that. However, the supermarket five minutes by car on the other side of the village is very good for shopping. If you want to go on an excursion, you should definitely visit Capalbio, which is really pretty. Price in September 2+2+car+tent: 25 euros, twice as much in high season - but still quite cheap. ########### Heavenly, this tranquillity ########### no animation, which was good. Highly recommended overall.Automaticky přeloženo.
