The site impresses with its terraced layout with some great views over Lake Garda, and the fact that you can quickly reach Limone sul Garda on foot.
Many bungalows, some very run-down.
Reception initially completely overwhelmed, then friendly... and helpful afterwards.
Great pool, restaurant and supermarket were already closed
Small fenced "dog meadow", directly on the main road, but it shows the place is thinking about it
Small to very small pitches. Only the pitches directly by the lake were reasonably large, but only on gravel.
Overall, the site makes a rather unkempt impression due to old buildings that are no longer in use.
Now to the sanitary facilities. Apart from the building on the lowest level, all the others are very, very oldschool (like 20 years ago). But even the modernized building simply doesn't meet today's standards (no toilet paper, no soap at the washbasins, no splash guards in the showers). But, and here comes the positive thing, it was always clean.

Unfortunately, the photos shown there are deceptive and do not show the actual condition of the site.
We had already booked a pitch by the water in advance and were really looking forward to this vacation.
We were then allocated the... pitch and stood right next to 6 stinking garbage cans. It was not possible to change because the pitch was completely full. Every morning at 8, 10 and in the afternoon different garbage trucks came and emptied the garbage cans. At this time it was not possible to sit outside or have breakfast or a barbecue because of the smell and the noise.
You could do sooo much with this place as it is really beautifully laid out in a terrace shape. Unfortunately, nothing is being renovated here. The toilets are old and the water often stands in the showers and doesn't drain.
Empty buildings hark back to better times when stores and bistros were housed here.
No opportunity to buy bread rolls or snacks directly on site. The sanitary facilities at the back are really not that nice anymore, but in the middle they are modern and clean. There is a well-stocked store, the prices are moderate, but of course not like in a supermarket. The... staff are friendly everywhere and some speak almost perfect German (reception). The pitches directly on the water have their own access to the lake, but are almost always fully booked. (Dogs are also allowed in the water on the pebble beach, and if you're there in the evening, nobody minds if 2 or 3 of them romp around wildly on the beach.Automaticky přeloženo.

Sanitary facilities not the newest but clean. We found the restaurant not so good. Everything was served rather carelessly. Spices, oil etc for the salad were forgotten. But in the end it's also a matter of opinion who expects what in a restaurant. The pool at the campsite is great. The staff were also very friendly. Unfortunately, it is irresponsibly overcrowded by the management in the high season. The management seems to be more concerned about their wallets than the well-being of their guests. In addition, the reception is hopelessly overstretched. The staff do not act as hosts but "command" the refuge. The pitches are allocated and ensure very close "neighborly contact"... which means... the pitches are extremely small. It really is in an absolutely beautiful location opposite Monte Baldo. Wonderful views over the lake. But that was almost it .... The staff are very grumpy. The sanitary facilities are bottomless. Walking a dog is virtually impossible. You... have to walk all the way up to the road and then all the way back down to the village. And then there's the price: I didn't actually want to buy the whole site. 80 for two nights, two adults with a dog and a motorhome, oh dear .... A very clean and inexpensive mobile home, cleanliness on the pitch, beautiful view, the pool nice but cold, we didn't hear the road as our pitch was quite close to the water. The small town of Limone is very beautiful and there are many... beautiful places, markets, hiking opportunities, excursions etc. not suitable for families with children, there was no entertainment on offer when we were there, it was very quiet but still nice.Automaticky přeloženo.- Peter R.August 2012We ended up there by chance and didn't regret it, it was one of the best short breaks on Lake Garda. Was always in the south but the location and the place were just great. Very friendly and courteous staff. Sufficient sanitary facilities available, but unfortunately partly dirty (do people do it like... that at home? next to the toilet k......?) Place was very quiet from 10pm to 8am. We had our dog with us, which was no problem. We always ate at Franco's beach bar, very tasty and reasonably priced. There is a sunbathing beach and individual entrances via steps. The supermarket has everything you need and is not overpriced, bread rolls are available until about 09am and then fresh baguettes. You can walk into town in about 10 minutes. We were definitely not the last time there. Prices: Per night 2 people motorhome dog and electricity 42.50E Electricity!!!! very little for a lot of money is not even enough for a fridge so be sure to have gas with you.Automaticky přeloženo.
