Corinna Z.duben 2025PozitivaDishwasher :-)Negativa-Evaluation of our Easter vacationWe had a wonderful stay at the Bankenhof campsite near the beautiful Titisee! We were warmly welcomed on arrival - there was even a small Easter gift for the adults and a lovingly prepared craft surprise for the children. Such a personal welcome is really something special!
We were particularly impressed... by the several dishwashers that are available to all guests free of charge - super practical and absolutely not a matter of course on a campsite!
The wash house was always very clean and pleasantly warm - you can tell that a lot of value is placed on cleanliness and comfort here. Our dog was also more than welcome and felt completely at home - it's great how dog-friendly the site is!
In the evening we ate in the campsite's own restaurant - the quality was top and the food was really delicious, we can only recommend it.
All in all: a great campsite, very family-friendly, well organized and run with great attention to detail. The staff were always friendly and never annoyed. We felt very welcome. We really enjoyed the fact that with the CONUS guest card we could do all our activities by public transport without additional costs and that the bus connection to Titisee and the Wiesental is hourly.

Thanks to the site map, everything was found quickly and orientation was good. The pitch was big enough for our car with awning.
It was very good to book in advance and pick out the pitch. As we were not blessed with such good weather, the table... tennis table and table football were a very good way to keep busy inside.
The modern and very, very clean sanitary facilities should be emphasized, especially the spacious showers with the separating door for clothing in the cabin.
Another very good point was the industrial dishwashers at the dishwashing stations, where the teenager even went to wash up voluntarily.
All in all, it was a great stay with excellent value for money. The online booking alone was super easy. On our arrival we were warmly welcomed at reception, everything was explained to us in detail (directions to the site, electricity,... bread roll service etc.) really very nice staff, who didn't seem annoyed if you asked anything, really very warm and friendly. The sanitary facilities were always clean and are beautifully furnished, the pitches are large and clean, the surrounding area is easy to explore on foot or by bike, all in all a very successful trip for us. From our pitch we were able to walk or cycle directly around the lake. The lady at reception is very friendly and helpful. You can order bread rolls and croissants for the next morning at reception.... There is a lot of information about the area. The store and cafeteria were still closed. The sanitary facilities are very comfortable and extremely clean. The best showers we've had in a long time. We would love to come back next time.
Tip: Take a bike tour to Hinterzarten. It's less touristy there than in Titisee, and the ride through the forest is beautiful.
