Idyllic location near the old viaduct and close to the old monastery. Reasonably priced.

Cleanliness of the sanitary facilities! Noise from nearby railroad track even at night!!!
Railroad enthusiasts are thrilled
Found the campsite online because of its proximity to Poitiers, which we wanted to explore by bike. First impression: Idyllic location. Second impression: good value (two adults, 1 teenager, electricity, pitch for € 19.40 per night), third impression: central sanitary building, relatively new. Fourth... impression: but miserable cleanliness inside, although it had just been "cleaned". Fifth impression: Completely unsuitable for those seeking peace and quiet, as the railroad line runs virtually over the C-pitch and trains (often freight trains!) were constantly on the move throughout the night. So we left as quickly as possible, even though a longer stay was planned.
