The caravan was brought to the site very quickly (car-free site) and was ready by the time we arrived. The pitches are large and very well maintained, water, waste water and TV connection on site. A baker comes every day with a huge selection and... great quality. It's very quiet overall and the pitches are mostly separated by hedges. What is a bit annoying is the parking situation, if you were traveling by car, it is often difficult to get a parking space. The location is absolutely top, close to the sea and the beach, Nordwijek is absolutely worth seeing with a great beach, there are also other smaller places worth seeing nearby. Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague are also within a radius of approx. 50 km. All three cities are well worth a visit. To the sea it is a 1.4 km walk and to Noordwijkerhout 2.2 km. Via the coast a walk to the town of Noordwijk is a good possibility. Directly at the dune entrance is a restaurant.
Campground is simple (no... bar or restaurant, only fryer on weekends), but pitches are spacious and well set up with hedges all around. There is also a central field on which to camp. Campers have a separate field where these are parked. The entire campground is grassy. Sanitary facilities are good, solid and clean. However, tokens must be used for showering. - Lydia S.September 2010We have been at this campsite every summer for almost 20 years. This year we were very disappointed. The tires and rims of a Mercedes were stolen during the night. The vehicle was only standing on boxes in the morning and that in the high season. The vehicle was on the campsite at night. People steal... what they can there. Many fixed caravans are also broken into and stolen year after year. I don't think we'll be vacationing there again! The development is really sadAutomaticky přeloženo.
