After the reception, you can only get through the barrier with your license plate and have plenty of parking on the site. I rented the Manifest chen and was absolutely happy and satisfied. Great location with a view of the water. The sanitary facilities... are spacious and very clean. The restaurant also offers a breakfast buffet or you can buy bread rolls without booking in advance. Most of the pitches are small. Car + awning or awning is often not possible.
Normally the price for the pitch includes a camper van + car. Here you pay an extra €5 for the car in addition to the €12 pitch fee (even if you have... to park the car in front of the barrier due to a lack of parking space).
The site has 130 pitches, but only 4 shower cubicles and 4 toilet cubicles (men). The queues are correspondingly long at peak times. The sanitary facilities are relatively clean.
If you are not completely satisfied with something, the tone at reception quickly becomes gruff.
Water supply only at the sanitary building, so depending on the location of the pitch, really far away.
Many pitches are a mixture of pebbles, gravel and earth and rather unkempt.

The site and the sanitary facilities are very clean! The staff at reception and in the restaurant are very friendly.
What... bothered me a little is the beach area, which is unclean, but this is probably due to the fact that it is a public beach and the town of Radolfzell or the municipality of Markelfingen is probably responsible here. As in all public offices, the staff are probably overworked!!!

The site is definitely highly recommended, only 1 stop to Radolfzell and 15 or 30 minutes walk and you have 2 more beautiful lidos (Radolfzell and Mettnau). The pitches are all sufficiently large and easily accessible. There is also a large meadow for tents. The sanitary facilities are clean and spacious. Canoes and SUP boards can be hired on the lakeshore. The lakeside terrace with a small restaurant... is beautifully laid out and offers a bread roll service as well as food (e.g. chips) and drinks to take away to the campsite. Train journeys to Constance and Radolfzell are free with the guest card and the bus stop at the entrance is easily accessible. At times it was very crowded and sometimes noisy, but that is due to the high season. The restaurant is nice, varied dishes, but not exactly cheap. Sanitary facilities very clean. No extra charge for showers.
