We received written confirmation of our reservation and a few days later we were informed that he was overbooked and had canceled our reservation. When we asked him what else he had, he replied rather stroppy that he had nothing left and that we... should look via air bnb. No sooner said than done, found and booked. When we arrived at the site, we asked about the shower facilities and the answer was unfriendly: The showers are not actually for air bnb visitors to the site...
Do the owners of the mobile homes that are rented out via air bnb not pay a pitch rent and are therefore allowed to use the infrastructure?
Basically not pleasant

A few WW pitches directly on the lake on gravel ground and small meadow for tents, very nice, but far away from sanitary facilities, may need a very long power cable. Other pitches are up by the entrance on a meadow, nice view. The site is beautifully situated right on the lake. Mainly occupied by long-term tenants.

1 franc is outrageous.Automaticky přeloženo. - Michael G.červen 2021PozitivaUnfortunately, the stay did not take place, as the reservation that had already been made was canceled by the site manager by e-mail after a telephone call.NegativaAfter a telephone enquiry about the location of the campsite and leisure facilities, the campsite manager completely freaked out on the phone and then canceled the reservation.Grumpy course managerWe immediately received a reservation confirmation by email on request. Before arriving (400km!) we wanted to clarify a few questions by phone in advance. E.g. location of our pitch, hiking/cycling options, COVID 19 rules on site, etc. When we asked at the end of the 5(!) minute phone call whether we... should confirm the reservation in writing, the site manager completely lost it. He said it was a small site and now he'd had enough with the questions. He then withdrew the reservation by email, even though we said on the phone that we would come. A bit stupid for us two days before our planned departure, but who knows what it's good for with a site manager like that!Automaticky přeloženo.

The campsite is beautifully situated on the Schwarzsee. There are lots of things to do. The pitches are big enough for a few days vacation. The sanitary facilities were mostly clean. Unfortunately, it is no longer in keeping with the times that... the showers are still operated with a cash machine. Unfortunately there was also no hot water when washing hands in the toilet. Good starting point for hikes or mountain bike tours.NegativaSanitary facilities can be a bit scarce in the high season.Beautiful and quiet location, at the end of the SchwarzseeSite at the end of Schwarzsee with mainly permanent campers (chalets and mobile homes) - but this is not a problem. There are nice grass pitches for caravans/mobile homes. There are also a few pitches directly on the lake. We always enjoy coming back to this site. Ideal for hikes in the Gantrisch Nature... Park. But there are also opportunities for canoeing, biking and paragliding. The sanitary facilities can get a little tight when the place is full, but they are cleaned regularly and are clean. The pitches are well equipped. There is no catering on site. However, there is a good and inexpensive hotel restaurant in the immediate vicinity. There are other good restaurants at the front end of the lake. The sanitary... facilities are new and well maintained. You can go on great hikes into the Breccaschlund and up the Schwyberg directly from the campsite. Bicycles are recommended for errands.Automaticky přeloženo.
