Spacious, clean pitches, electricity and water directly on the pitch. Sanitary facilities clean but a bit small. But this is not a problem for us as we are campers.
Access to the beach (beach... meadow) approx. 50 meters. This is also clean and well maintained. Cycling tours possible from there on well-developed cycle paths. To their credit, the barrier was recognized. As we have a mechanical barrier, it is often open. But there is a sign saying: do not enter the site until you have... registered. It's actually quite easy to understand. Incidentally, this is written in every site regulation. You should have come across one of these after 40 years of camping. So what drives someone to drive onto the campsite without permission, thereby committing trespassing and then publicly complain that the owner didn't like it? Laziness, driving back 10 meters with your motorhome is no different than reversing out of a supermarket parking space, excessive ego or simply disrespect. So please don't come to me with manners.

Access to a public bathing area is perhaps 100 m from the water. The Müritz cycle path goes right past the campsite. We were able to go on beautiful tours.
The pitches are spacious and there are no boundaries between them. The groups of pitches are... separated by hedges. There is subtle lighting at night so that everyone can find their way around.

Starting with the "warm" welcome of the operator, maggots in the garbage can, too narrow shower cubicles including outdated shower heads (the water shot funny somewhere), to dog poop on the lawn on the associated beach and a lot of... prohibition signs ...

- "warm" welcome, since you do not comment further, it is difficult to answer, basically I reflect the behavior of the guests towards me
- Maggots in the garbage can are not always avoidable in warm weather, even with a lot of chemicals
- narrow shower cubicles, yes the size... of the shower cubicles corresponds to the standard of 1995
- outdated shower heads, even 5 year old shower heads work, if they don't, they are defective or badly adjusted, you can also say so at the registration desk
- Dog poo on the sunbathing lawn, the bathing area is public and does not belong to the campsite and is also clearly separated from it spatially, the dog poo is annoying, but the campsite is the wrong address for this criticism
- Prohibition signs, we also have, maximum speed 5km/h at the access roads, pets not allowed, no driving through and no parking for people who do not want to go to the campsite, no pets and no smoking in the wash house, hands off at the fuse boxes of the power supply
- Washing machine usage fee is a flat rate and you can use any washing program, elsewhere you can certainly get away with €1 if you pay on the dot and use the super short program

Piet V.September 2021PozitivaSmall scale, tranquility, close to Müritz SeeNegativa--Small-scale campground in beautiful surroundingsSmall, quiet and easily accessible campsite with tourist (26) and 'Dauerplätzen' (26) about 50m' from the Müritz See. Electricity 16A./water tap on all pitches.
The campsite is divided into a number of fields. Most of the pitches are not too large. Caravan and car fit mostly exactly on them, making some... fields at full occupancy a compact whole.
Sanitary facilities are sufficiently present, in order and clean. Ditto dishwashing facilities, washing machine/dryer. Dump chemical toilet (separate for chemical and non-chemical discharges, Discharge point gray water for campers.
Good accessibility allocation for use of sanitary building due to Corona restrictions.
Bread service. All amenities (supermarket/bakery etc.) are available at some distance from the campsite (Röbel; 8 km.). Wifi available free of charge on part of campsite in area of reception. Satellite reception possible almost everywhere.
Good and beautiful cycling facilities from the campsite (sometimes with bike carrier on car) to Waren, Röbel/Müritz, Malchow, Plau am See and Neustrelitz, among others.
Friendly operator, also in clear communication when booking and regarding e.g. Corona directions. 'Dauercamper', which we were among, are nice/friendly people.Automaticky přeloženo.

You can go swimming in the Müritz, which is also suitable for children as the water is shallow for a long time.
You can go on beautiful bike tours directly from the campsite and the... national park is not far away. If you want to go shopping, there are lots of stores in Waren. In the south of the Müritz near Glindow you can hire canoes and go on wonderful tours.
Some of the pitches are a bit sloping, so you should always have wedges or small boards with you to compensate for this. You don't need an awning carpet, nor is this desired. The water is only about 100m away, there is a fish smokehouse with restaurant in the immediate vicinity, a quaint cafe, 2 other restaurants and a self-service snack bar. Wonderful cycle paths,... but sometimes (rarely) a little narrow. Top location, Sietow is roughly in the middle between Röbel (southbound) and Waren (northbound). The manager is very friendly and seems to do everything himself - and with pleasure. Pitches are generously laid out. Small drawback: There are 2 showers, which were sufficient for Whitsun, but the shower is without an "anteroom". This means you have to leave your things in the washroom before the shower. You have to leave the shower to get dressed and undressed. Solution: hang a towel over the door. The good thing is that you can shower for as long as you like at no extra cost - so it's included and works with a push button that closes on its own after a while. Very clean sanitary facilities overall. We will certainly come here more often. We made great bike... tours to Waren (15km), Röbel (9km) and Malchow (?), the paths were well signposted. We only gave the sanitary facilities 3 stars, as they were clean, but the shower heads could perhaps be cleaned of limescale or should be replaced.
