Free choice of pitch. The capacity of the sanitary facilities is too low: there are 3 toilets, 2 showers and 4 washbasins for women. There are also Dixie toilets and open washing facilities outside. The small... kitchen with hotplates, kettles and fridges can be used free of charge. Only 1 double sink. Kitchen and sanitary facilities are getting on in years. Their cleanliness varies depending on how busy they are. Otherwise there are few regulations. This makes the stay quite relaxed. During the day you can hear the trains about twice a hour. We were thrilled, also by the friendliness of the operators. There are cold drinks etc. at the kiosk. Open fires are allowed at the fire pits and are often used, with the corresponding clouds of smell. During the week it... is very quiet and not very busy, but at the weekend many campers come with their tents. The sanitary facilities are very basic and always clean during the week. This is not always the case at the weekend. What bothered us most was that there is no public transport, the bus and train pass by. It was too dangerous for us to walk or pedal on the busy main road. The very friendly operators ensure order and cleanliness and are happy to provide information about excursions in the surrounding area. It is not far to Cicmany (nice Slovakian village with old painted houses),... Slovakian Bethlehem, Zilina, Rajecke Teplice, several thermal baths, castles ... The sanitary facilities with always warm water are clean and are cleaned daily. The site is well maintained. It is lovingly designed. (Indian village for children, kitchen in a nice little hut, solar shower). There is a small kiosk where you can buy Slovakian food and drinks. - Emil S.August 2012Camping je vedla cesty, ktora je v noci trochu hlucnejsia, ako by sa na kemp v horach patrilo, ale nerusi prilis. Inak bol celkovy pobyt a dojem na 1*. Personal v pohode. Socialne zar. v pohode. Miesto, atrakcie (zlanovali tam cvicne Horska sluzby a zlanili to aj s detmi s campu a ak chceli, aj ostanych... ubytovanych) jedlo. Bufet bol slabsi, ale bol v areali. Najest sa tam da.. ale kto by si odpustil grilovanie. Drevo - na ohen - bolo k dispozicii za smiesny peniaz. Kuchynka parada. Jednoducho, dojem perfektny. Deti sme mali 5 a 7 rokov stare, a tie boli unesene. Vedla kempu tecie potok-riecka... Mozeme len a len odporucit.
