After a long search we found the place far outside (4Km) in the "Pampa".the place was empty when we arrived only 5 lawn robots were at work. There are about 10 pitches all covered with scaffolding and nets.the paths are roughly gravelled.unfortunately you can't use the pitches because the scaffolding is so low that you would have to remove the smoke extractor, air conditioning and antenna from the caravan or motorhome to fit underneath.we decided to set up on the meadow for this reason.when we attached our sun canopy with the guy ropes, the owner came and asked us to leave the meadow again and above all she would not allow tent nails to be hammered in. We showed her that we wouldn't fit under her nets, so we had to stand on the coarse gravel but without a canopy because of the tent pegs. Suddenly a van arrived and 4 men got out. One of them asked us to comply with their demands. We had had enough, we took everything down, but the whole time we were being filmed on our cell phones, you felt as if you were one of the really bad criminals. In over 55 years of camping, nothing like this has ever happened to us. The robots and the nice impression are more important to the owner than guests. We would never recommend anyone to camp there, food and drink about 4km away.
Never again!!!!!!
With regard to the disadvantages described, we recommend all campers to avoid this highly praised place.
On the other hand we recommend Srmske Mitrovice .

Opakované návštěvy
Tento kemp navštěvuji od roku 2016. Je to již tradiční zastávka na cestách na motocyklu směrem na jih nebo při návratu domů. Vedle kvality ubytování a vstřícnosti personálu oceňuji pro vhodnou polohu. Za zmínku stojí i velmi slušná nedaleká restaurace Slon.

10 to 15 pitches for caravans or motorhomes
Family-run campsite in a quiet location, approx. 2 to 3 km from the center. German is spoken. There is a small but well-equipped kitchen. The site is lovingly designed. As it is situated on a European cycle path, it is particularly suitable for cyclists. A restaurant is nearby and within walking distance.

Polite owners, peace and quiet, tents can be set up in the shade. Clean everywhere.

Not the best access signage.
Cool and affordable campground
Very nice and inexpensive campground. Clean restrooms and showers. . Good prices for Serbia. Tents can be set up under a special roof to protect from the sun. No problem to enter by car, unlike the other campground in Sombor which relies on cyclists.

Camping Sosul is a campsite - mainly for cyclists, but we were still allowed to stay there with our motorhome. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. They speak excellent German. The toilets and showers are very clean, there is a sauna, a swimming pool, a playground for children and a tennis... court. The campsite is beautifully maintained and decorated with flowers. You can easily cycle to the town of Sombor (very worth seeing) (good network of cycle paths). We were completely satisfied and would go there again at any time.
