Dobré umístění, pěkná příroda.
Negativa
Studená nebo netekoucí voda, umývárky neudržované. Páni si stěžovali na čistotu wc.

Zaplatili jsme pobyt na dvě noci. Jeden den netekla v kempu žádná voda, nebylo ani jak spláchnout wc , umýt ruce, po spuštění a druhý den pro změnu tekla ve sprchách pouze studená. Dospělí zvládnou, ale být tam s dětmi bych nechtěla. Sprchy nijak čisté nebyly, koše se měnily, až když přetékaly odpadky.... Museli jsme kvůli nemoci odjet o den dříve, o vrácení ceny nebo její části jsme diskutovali na recepci, kde měla slečna snahu vyhovět, ale po telefonickém hovoru s vedením se opravila, že bohužel nic nevrací, no (dalo se platit předem nebo na konci pobytu - platbu předem nebrat))). Dojem velmi vlažný. Jako na promo videu kemp nevypadal.

Before choosing a campground, I watched the advertising clip. It definitely deviates from reality. First of all, the level and cleanliness of the sanitary facilities. Strange situation at the reception many diplomas and awards regarding the camping. I really liked the pre-pay electricity fee - I paid less than 1 euro per day.

We were unlucky, but ...
In 2012, we arrived at this campsite in April, which was supposed to be open all year round. But no one was there. As it was already evening, we just pitched up (with a queasy feeling, of course) and were even able to plug in the electricity. All the buildings were closed. -+-+-+-+- From home, we later... contacted the operators to settle our electricity and accommodation costs. The very friendly email response was an apology for being closed. The overnight stay would of course be free for us. :-) They would like to invite us to visit again. -+-+-+-+- Of course, we cannot make any statements about the sanitary facilities, catering options, etc. ...

thanks for sending your comments. I have worked for this campsite as a marketing employee since august 2013. Campsite has been reconstructed, we have renovated bungalows, restaurant, social facilities and sport facilities (see photos or check on www.kemptilia.sk). It serves now very good services... with better standards. We would be very pleasant and happy to see you here again. Do not hesitate and come here in summer 2015. You can see the campsite in "new light".
