"S dětmi pod stanem - červen 2024 - Nádherný kemp, klidný, velký, s vynikajícími (nově rekonstruovanými) WC i sprchami. Nové kuchyňky, pračky a sušička. Velmi čisté, světlé, prostorné, dobře dimenzované. Dětem 9 a 12 se moc líbilo hřiště v kempu, koupání s velmi pozvolným vstupem do čisté vody. Ceny zvyklé v dané oblasti. Na recepci velmi ochotný personál. Kousek od kempu (kolo, auto) obchod LIDL. Do 10 minut pěšky pak zastávka vlaku, na nějž se vztahuje zdarma jízdy s Erlebnis Karte Korutan. Vedle kempu vede cyklostezka kolem jezera.

"Beautifully located, but too expensive - We stayed there for one night for the second time since 2021 on our way to Croatia. Great location on Lake Ossiach and only a few kilometers before the Villach junction. In the season you can also arrive later (around 9.00 pm or 9.30 pm) and you have the chance of a parking space. Unfortunately, the restaurant closes punctually at 9 p.m., so there is a delta here. What a pity. And compared to 2021, when we paid EUR 24.70 for the night, the current price of EUR 55.20 is a cheek. But at least electricity, toilet and shower.

"Uncomplicated and professional / Camping in beautiful surroundings - The campsite is very conveniently located on the way to or from Croatia and Italy, just 5 km from the Villach highway junction. We have already stopped there twice with the camper van on our way south. The location of the campsite on the beautiful lake and the design of the shore and beach area are excellent. The check-in process is quick and professional. There is a generous waiting lane for arriving caravans and camper vans. The pitches are also sufficient for double-axle vehicles and large camper vans. It is irritating that the power points are fitted with Schuco plugs and not CE connections, which causes problems for some campers. Missing adapters must be borrowed from reception. Superior pitches have their own CE power points, including water connection. The pitches are on grass, which looks a bit damaged during the season. If it rains continuously, this can lead to soaking and the accessibility of the pitches may be restricted. There is acceptable and free WLAN. A lakeside sauna is available. The lake access is also a public swimming pool, which can lead to a lot of life on the sunbathing lawn on summer days. Access to the main wash house is therefore regulated via chip cards for camping guests, so that day guests cannot use them. The cleanliness on the site is good, the wash houses are at the limit of their capacity at peak times, but the state of cleanliness in the communal areas also depends on the guests' understanding of hygiene. There is a lively restaurant and a small store with a bread roll service. We really like the great panorama of the lake and the surrounding mountains and the many excursion destinations that can be reached from the lakeside campsite. Villach is only 5 minutes away by car. We would love to come back.

"Beautiful, but too expensive - Nice place, but certainly too expensive in relation to price-performance. We found it a disadvantage that the public swimming pool is located on the site. Which of course means that it gets very crowded on the beach on nice days. Due to the proximity of the highway, there are a lot of travelers passing through, which is also restless during the day. Villach is very close by and also easy to reach by bike. Water sports activities are easily possible, such as SUP, kayaking etc. SUP can also be hired on the campsite.

"Ideal stage location - The site is located directly on Lake Ossiach next to the main road and railroad line. The pitches are partly under trees, overgrown with grass and partly uneven. During the day it is a bit noisy due to the road and the train, but at night it is mostly very quiet. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The distances to electricity, water and waste water can be very long depending on the pitch. You should have enough cable with you. Due to its proximity to the highway, it is an ideal place to stay overnight when passing through.

The camping ground is located in the centre of Carinthia in the sunniest area on the west bank of "Ossiachersee". The landscape around the lake is fantastic. We offer versatile activities for people who love sports: surfing, sailing, water-skiing, tennis …(lawn), horse-riding, miniature golf, golf (about 10km away), paragliding, a beach-volleyball and football ground. The site fulfils all the requirements a comfortable and well-organized camping ground should have! Beach-volleyball and football ground at the site. Paragliding nearby - with the "Kärnten-Card" you get additional help. Cable railway Gerlitzen is favourably disposed. Thermal bath about 10km away at Villach. GPS: N 46°39´20,4´´ O 13°53´31,5´´
