Beautiful, terraced campsite with lush vegetation. Very clean sanitary facilities. Small bistro, bread roll service and plenty of sun loungers by the swimming pool.

Small and fine
Feel-good campsite near the Rhône. Familiar atmosphere and everything is very clean. Very friendly owners with lots of good humor.

The Via Rhona (cycling from Lake Geneva to the Mediterranean) right on the doorstep. Beautiful swimming pool. Familiar atmosphere. Nice owners.

Small and fine.
We really enjoyed staying here at the small campsite in Vion. Everything was very informal. The swimming pool would be even nicer with a few loungers. But it's wonderful to jump into the cool water after a long cycle tour on the Via Rhona. The sanitary facilities are small, but always very well maintained.

Small but nice campsite, also suitable for overnight stays
We used the campsite as a place to stay overnight. Our children made use of the pool. The reception was friendly and the pitch was easy to reach. We were happy to have a cable reel with us for the electricity connection. No CEE connection, but a normal French Schuko plug (the one with the "pin") is required. Railroad line and road (D 86) within earshot. However, it was exceptionally quiet there at night.

Lovingly run small campsite with a relaxing atmosphere
Beautiful little place with charm
We only stayed here for one night and were delighted with the site: the pitches are lovingly laid out on sufficiently large terraces. The trees and the beautiful design give the site a very relaxing atmosphere all of its own. The positive overall impression is rounded off by the really very nice owners,... who run the reception and bar in a very amiable manner. The site is small, but with a small football pitch and a small pool, playground and the obligatory boules court (WITH floodlights!) it even offers some leisure facilities. However, the really special and very relaxing atmosphere should be emphasized.

Everything is very familiar, affordable and friendly. Good base for excursions. Great pool. Shopping facilities, cycle path in front of the campsite.
Negativa
Who cares, a train line. We used to bet on where the train was coming from. Solves dishwashing problems. Nothing else!
Our second home for what feels like 20 years now
Vacation in a vacation home with pool. First-class butcher in Vion, bakery too. Great markets nearby, always somewhere different throughout the week, often with wine at sensational prices from 9.00 am. A chocolate factory in Tain l' Hermitage and many great wineries. Fruit is available daily at the roadside.... There is a supermarket with cheap fuel in Tournon. The site is a little off the main routes on the D86. Nevertheless, there are good transport links. The site itself was created by the parents of the current owner, Muguette Chebance, and has many trees as its motto, which are of course now a good size. It lies on a slope and is laid out in terraces. There is plenty of shade and you can also hang a washing line here and there. The size of the pitch is a dream, not too big. Rather very cozy. In the morning, the rabbits run across the pitch and at lunchtime you can see the odd lizard. If you come during the Whitsun vacations or at the end of the summer vacation, you have the pool to yourself. Muguette and Jean Pierre are really nice people and do a great job. And if you don't like reading and drinking and eating and swimming, just relaxing, you can wander around the area. The Ardeche Gorge, Valence, Lyon, Montelimar with its nougat, various avenues and grottoes and, in between, the pool and Côtes du Rhone. And when the sea calls, you can be in the Camargue in 2.5 hours. Just like home.
