There was always someone available, the operator is very friendly and helpful and if there are any problems they are solved immediately.
The sanitary facilities were very clean and were cleaned daily.
A new, beautiful, large sanitary building... is also under construction and is almost finished.
The heated outdoor pool is great and included in the price!!!
The children's playground and the other leisure facilities were also great.
The camping cabins and permanent camping tents looked great. The camping barrels wouldn't be my cup of tea... I also didn't like the location (right next to the toilet - where everyone passes by)

Tennis court, beach soccer and beach volleyball court as well as a nice playground are great for the children.
Unfortunately, there are far too few sanitary facilities and they were very busy in the high season.... One of the two sanitary blocks is a simple container; cramped and not exactly inviting.
There are more private rental bathrooms than "normal" ones - it's simply a case of making money. It's a shame because this takes a lot of the appeal out of the campsite.

Bungalows in poor condition.The pictures of the bungalows and the advertised facilities do not match.
The bungalows may be brand new, but they are only provisionally built on bricks, do not have air conditioning as explicitly requested and do not yet have a terrace. The houses stand in the sun all day without any protection. The... black roof means that temperatures quickly reach 45°C inside. Ventilation is of little use. At night it cools down considerably, but during the day the bungalows cannot be used due to the lack of shade, even with outdoor lighting.
When we mentioned the problems, we were told that it was because of Corona.
That may well be the case, but you have to be honest and not charge €160/night.
Unfortunately, we had to leave immediately because we had an 8-week-old baby with us who needed to sleep and be breastfed from time to time.
The operator, Mrs. Harter, like her husband, was repeatedly unavailable. When a conversation took place, Mr. Harter could not make a decision and referred to his wife who then coolly refused to refund our deposit. The pictures were only examples. Since we wanted to spend the long weekend with many friends at the campsite, we booked the mobile home despite the high price (165 € / day).
We stated that we were 2 adults with 2 children (2 years and a few... months old baby). It was therefore also important to us that there was air conditioning and a covered, shaded terrace, as shown on the homepage.
When we arrived there on 15.06.2022, we found an incomplete mobile home. There was no air conditioning! As it was very hot that day, it was around 50 degrees in the mobile home when we arrived. Furthermore, there was no covered terrace. Only a plastic table, plastic chairs and a cheap parasol were placed in front of the mobile home. After a short consultation, we decided to go straight back home because it is not possible to live with an 8-week-old baby in a 50-degree mobile home that doesn't even have a shaded terrace. In addition, it should be on the. Corpus Christi weekend was going to be very hot anyway. The groundsman apologized to us and the people at reception also assured us that we would get our deposit of 160 euros back. So we left disappointed after about 1 hour.
After about 4 days, we were informed by the management that we would not get back the deposit we had already paid on the grounds that we had actually started the trip. They told us that we could have had a portable air conditioning unit, although no employee offered us this when we complained about the lack of air conditioning! When I then asked the management what was wrong with the missing terrace, they blamed it on Corona. In addition, the mobile homes are still shown completely differently on the homepage (12.07.2022). The facilities with tennis court, beach volleyball and playground are great. The neighboring outdoor pool can be used free of charge and there are several grocery stores within walking distance. You can hear the road,... but it didn't really bother us.
What was more than negative, however, were the extremely unfriendly staff at reception. You had the feeling that you were a nuisance and not welcome. But there was nothing going on.
We have been camping several times a year for over 10 years now and have really traveled a lot, but this was by far the most unfriendly staff ever. And it wasn't just us.
We would love to come back again, but only in the hope that this would change.
A SMILE COSTS NOTHING!
If you work in tourism, you should have a different attitude.

The site is very well maintained and completely fenced in. The site management and staff are extremely friendly and competent. Quiet from about 10 pm despite many children (permanent campers) is exemplary, presence... and control rounds of the site management in the evening. We were there as a couple for 13 days over Whitsun and Corpus Christi immediately after the lifting of the Corona restrictions and had a private rental bathroom, so we don't rate the general sanitary facilities; just so much: Sanitary 1 is a containerized sanitary facility, sanitary 2 is a solid construction and has recently been completely renovated (rear area). The rental bathrooms are sufficiently large with shower cubicle, WC and washbasin and are housed in a separate building next to Sani 1 ("cabins" like on cruise ships). The pitches have different layouts and are all sufficiently spacious, the individual areas are separated from each other by high hedges, which also contributes to privacy. Many permanent campers with their "palaces". Central power boxes require cable lengths of 20 + m in some cases. The booked WiFi was unfortunately overloaded due to intensive use in the evening. Excursions by bike (eBike recommended, mountainous!) to Pforzheim (20 km) or Calw and further surroundings very well possible. The on-site restaurant has a manageable menu, the food was ok in the price-performance ratio and very tasty; however, due to the overall circumstances, we only picked up the food as take-away and ate at our own table. Overall, we had a very nice and relaxing vacation and can absolutely recommend the campsite!

There are a lot of permanent campers on the site, and there is no separation between permanent campers and people passing through. As a result, you often get annoyed looks when passing through. The pitches are not separated and the electricity box is very far away,... depending on the pitch. There are two sanitary facilities. However, the front wash house consisted of a container and was very cramped when it was busy. The other wash house is partly renovated (showers) and partly very outdated (toilets and sinks), hygiene was fine. The included entrance to the neighboring outdoor pool was nice. All in all, a very well-kept place. However, what we noticed very negatively was the less hospitable nature of the owner. Very unfortunate, it made us feel less welcome.Automaticky přeloženo.

The entrance is a little hidden and short. The site management was very accommodating. The sanitary facilities were clean and had just been renovated. The pitch was big enough but unfortunately... muddy due to the rain beforehand. With a dog it is good to walk along the small river, it is beautiful.
