The uncomplicated arrival outside reception hours was well organized and we were able to find our booked pitch very easily.
The staff are very friendly and nice. The sanitary facilities are completely new and super clean and generously equipped.
We found... the 'kitchen' and also the disposal room to be in top condition.

I was greeted in a very friendly manner when I checked in and was given great advice about the pitch. The sanitary facilities are just like the bathroom at home. The billing system for hot water works really well - I think it's a very sensible contribution against... wasting energy. The pitches are well laid out with a few useful extras - such as the benches and seating.
Overall, you can clearly see that a lot of thought has been put into the facility.
If I had anything to criticize or, let's say, improve, it would be the kiosk - which could expand its range to include a bread roll service. But our stay was also at the end of the season, maybe it's better during the season. The information that the colleagues for the green areas start their job behind the hedge at 7 o'clock in the morning would have made us sleep a little better in the morning :-)

There is even a local bus service to the site, which you can use to travel to Xanten, for example, at a reasonable price. Really highly recommended.
The reception is also very friendly and welcoming.
