The reception staff make a listless impression and are demotivating when dealing directly with customers. The site is also less suitable for dog owners. The bread rolls from the bread roll service are good, but come at... a price. There are two washing machines and a dryer, which are also coin-operated. It should be said that the dryer dries very well. The showers make a very clean impression. The showers are also spacious and have enough room to get dressed and undressed. The access roads to the campsite are mostly sandy/earthy and have pebbles, which is why they are "muddy" and slippery when it rains. The request to open at least a narrow access for pedestrians was categorically refused. We were able to book our stay there at the machine. There are 2 toilets and 2 showers, which were clean in our time. Showers cost €1 for 4 minutes. The pitches have electricity and are large enough, even for a marquee,... table and chairs. The supply and disposal facilities are easily accessible and are included in the pitch fee of €15. There is a bread roll service on the CP. We did not use it. The CP makes a somewhat unkempt impression with many permanent campers. Grass everywhere overgrown, majority of pitches owned by permanent campers with a large number of neglected caravans and vans. Attitude of Reception was not good from start. Area by sanitation block full of early teens at night drinking beer.Not upto expected standardsWas booked and paid for 5 nights, stayed one and made excuse and left. In 3 months touring in Europe this unfortunately rates as the worst site. The site could be good if basic management and site maintenance was carried out. Would not recommend for touring motorhomes or caravans.

The access road to the site itself is very narrow. The same applies to the waiting strip, which also has some large potholes. The reception was very short and impersonal. The... site itself is well laid out, but poorly maintained. The grass on the pitch was far too high, some pitches are smaller than advertised. There are chestnut trees on some pitches. Consequently, the chestnuts sometimes fall on the caravan...
A bin bag is handed out at reception on arrival, each additional bag costs €2.50. The full bags are then collected at the pitch. The full bags are then deposited at the edge of the pitch and collected during the day if necessary. Some of the electricity connections at the pitches are a long way away. So it's best to take a long cable with you ;-)
Summer toboggan run and wakeboard facility good.
Sanitary buildings were always super clean, no matter what time of day.

There are nice and less good pitches on the site, we were lucky and had booked a nice one. There is a lot you can do in the area from here. As the name suggests, there are three lakes, one of which is a wakeboard park, a paid bathing lake... with a sunbathing lawn and a smaller lake right next to the campsite. What we didn't like so much is that the cars sometimes drive too fast on the paths, then it gets dusty. The operator should do something about this. The sanitary facilities at the reception are great, all the others so-so ....Waste is only collected daily in its own bags, for € 2.50 a piece. The staff is friendly and helpful if there is a problem.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The deep potholes were a challenge for car and caravan. The pitch we booked was more than 15 meters away from the electricity/water connection, since we were there in the last week before winter... closure, we were allowed to move to the next pitch immediately, from there it was enough. The first 2 days there was a loud Oktoberfest party in a tent behind the campsite, which also meant that the rental properties opposite us were partly booked by visitors to the party and they came back accordingly loud. From Monday onwards there was restful peace and quiet. Garbage is collected in separate bags (1 bag included on arrival, each additional 2€). The private sanitary facilities were spacious, but unfortunately not as clean on arrival. Tells you a fixed pitch number, asks you to note it on the booking form and assures you that you will get it. The confirmation then states that you will only find out the pitch number in the week of arrival. Now wants to charge cancellation fees despite direct revocation due to the false statement....
Then issued a site ban. The small toilet block down by the lake could not be used during our 1st stay. The pitches are small and not nicely laid out. The cell phone networks (O2 and Telekom) are so overloaded that you can hardly surf via mobile data, let alone stream anything. We heard from others that the wifi is probably even worse. Only the good location prompted us to book there again. Incidentally, the pitch no. was confirmed with the 1st booking and also adhered toAutomaticky přeloženo.

The staff are friendly and the boss, Mario, always tries to make his guests comfortable.
Nevertheless, the sanitary facilities had to be closed due to the coronavirus, which caused... a lot of resentment among the guests. However, this is not the fault of the operator.
The location with the cycle path along the Moselle is wonderful.

We have just come from the campsite and it seems to me that the campsite is looked after by a maximum of 3 people for reasons of economy. The san. Facilities a disaster. The pitches are unkempt and nothing is being done anywhere.... The absolute highlight was the last night. Young people were allowed onto the pitch, people were drinking and partying until 2:00 am, shouting and making noise. Sleep was out of the question. You can buy the essentials at reception and a bakery car comes every morning. The internet connection is too weak for wifi, so here too we can only complain to our government. But of course there is an emptying point on the main camping... site and on the motorhome site, there always has been.

The campsite cannot be recommended as the ground is so stony and uneven that it was impossible to hammer the pegs into the ground. You also had the feeling that you had been banished to the edge of the campsite. Fire pits in the grass were also... not removed. In some places there was only mud instead of grass. The website states that a night in a tent for 2 people costs €19. In our opinion, this is already expensive for campsites. But there was no heating on in the next-gen wash house. The 2nd time I was there was Corpus Christi (June). High season price for single travelers too expensive (31€/ caravan with 2 adults and 2 children... maybe o.k.). But in the high season the wash house is only cleaned once a day. Unfortunately in the middle of the day: therefore dirty in the morning when showering and dirty in the evening when showering. In warm temperatures, even the free bathing lake is of no use because it tips over immediately. Unfortunately, there is no lounge or kitchenette for campers or barrel dwellers in bad weather. Sink only half covered. Camping barrels very spartan. Unfortunately, there is also no store where you can buy small items (only ice cream and drinks). WLAN only outside in the pizzeria.
